Ordered in November, now April and still not received. Will not process a refund or replacement as apparently still in transit. They said I can chase the courier but the contract is with them and not the courier. Total scam of a company. Customer service is awful.

If l I could give a zero rating I would! I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering as my experience mimics many.

I ordered a Koala Snugky as a birthday present for my niece. Over a week later and the item wasn’t delivered. Now over three weeks and still not delivered! “Apparently” the company can’t issue a refund now as the item is conveniently “out for delivery”’. Will keep you updated on what we the item actually arrives at all.

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY AVOID. Initially email replies make it sound like this company are on it and really thorough. However these are automated..as soon as you complain (due to lack of delivery ) the company goes dead quiet with no response. I reported them to my Bank ..so will see what happens next ... a
couple of months later a parcel arrives for daughter...from CHINA..not the UK as it appears on the website.inside in a sealed bag was what only can be described as a panda that looked like a steam roller had flattened it and then put through a mangle. Upon opening it was just the husk of the panda
pattern.a bit of faux fur fabric ...no stuffing at all...for nearly £40!. Took a photo and happy to share this with anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Ordered a panda from them at the start of February for my grandson who has ADHD and Autism. His birthday was on the 22nd February so I thought ordering this three weeks before would be sufficient time for delivery, especially as they quote on their website delivery between 5-6 days, a day or two after I completed my order I receved an e-mail to inform me that my order had been dispatched and would be with me in about 10 days, that came and went with still no delivery, by now it was a week before my gransons birthday, every few days I would receive e-mails telling me how good these items were and how my packaged had been delayed again. Customer support is non existent and pointless, I finally received my package over a month after I ordered the item which was 2 weeks after my grandsons birthday, which caused upset as I had no present for him on the day. They clearly order these items from China as and when they receive an order from a customer (so do not quote on their website that delivery is between 5-6 days). On top of that the quality of the item is not that good.

If I could give Zero I would!
Took forever to arrive, meaning it wasn’t here on Christmas Day despite me ordering it early November.
When it did arrive - it had a hole in it and the mouth is wonky. Had to sew it up twice so far.
Worst of all - their customer support team seem to be MIA! 6 emails later and nothing. No money back. No apology. No resolution or acknowledgment. Scam of a company! Fuming!

Unlike other reviews about Snugly, I received my weighted Sloth purchase today5/3/26. Purchase was made on 28/1/26. I was very lucky, I think, that I received it at all.
So why only 1 star?
Firstly, the sloth is very cute🦥.
I thought it would have felt heavier though.Posted from China, packaging was disappointing and tracking was a shocker. I sent dozens of messages to Snugly. Customer service was reasonable with all my messages getting a reply but giving limited positive information except for Snugly being a legitimate company and they weren’t running any scams.
The cost for my sloth was $89 plus my bank charged an international transaction fee. Not a cheap purchase.
I think it’s criminal for people to prey on customers who want these weighted animals for themselves/family or friends who have anxiety problems. The stress I went through to get my purchase doesn’t make me want to give more than 1 star.
I’m hoping that mine doesn’t split at the seams. I won’t be chasing Snugly if it does.

Avoid snuglys at all cost, 6 weeks later still no delivery of the bears I have ordered. After several emails and getting no joy from snuglys apart from being mugged off. I got PayPal involved and got a full refund of my money. I made a big mistake and didn't read the bad reviews before ordering, please dont make the same mistake I made and ordered from snuglys.

As with many others, the pace of delivery is really slow and the supposed tracking and ‘find my order’ links provided in the despatch email don’t work.

Although the fake fur is extremely soft and has great hand feel, the most disappointing thing about it is that only the very ends of the long front legs are weighted. So, while it’ll dangle ok if you’re standing upright, once you’re reclined or lying down there really isn’t any weight benefit at all. The misleading description in the online product page says that the product works because ‘weight is evenly distributed’. That’s a huge stretch, when the only weight involved is a tiny amount in 2 extremities. It seems well made and feels nice but ultimately fails as a weighted item because it’s not actually weighted.

Ordered red panda in October came in couple of weeks great. Ordered another just before Christmas took 6 weeks and it was not a snugly! Terrible packaging, smaller and has Chinese labels not Snugly labels.
Dont waste your time contacting them all you get are ai replies, they never get back to you. Terrible company.

I would not recommend buying from this company. My son waited 6 weeks for his weighted toy. Then it came with a hole in it. I tried to get clarity in delivery times but they were never specific. They told me I had to pay for the return of the faulty goods to china! This is a terrible service and poor quality toys. Do not by from them.

2 items were ordered on 15th December. Still not received... avoid, avoid, avoid.
Customer service seemed good at first, but I believe it is now a scam.
Edit: After posting this review, the item arrived the next day. The item itself is good enough. I would not buy from this site again.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered on 10th of December expecting it to be delivered before Christmas and it actually arrived today (13th Feb). It's clearly a rip off, of better made weighted animals, I know because I bought one from another more reputable company which is of far superior quality.
There was no contact from them about delivery, despite numerous emails sent from myself. Site also said delivery is by Royal Mail, actually delivered by Yodel!
The vacuum packing has also completely ruined the shape and fur, so whatever you do, don't buy from this sham of a Chinese 'company'.

I have gave them a one star but that's to high I placed an order on the 16th December 25 with a 3 - 7 working days delivery time its now 57 Days and still not a word about when we will get the order . Yet they are still taking orders with a 3 - 7 working days delivery and they claim if your ordering they have stock available. It just has all the hall marks of one big scam . My advice is don't buy from this company .

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered over two weeks ago and my order still hasn’t arrived. Communication has been poor and the situation hasn’t been resolved. I strongly advise others not to order from them.

Ordered 13.12. Arrived 09.02. Tracking info, updates and replies to emails were non-existent. I was surprised it arrived at all. Quality is actually OK - very soft and well made. Decent size. Only the paws are weighted so not quite what I had hoped for.

If I could award minus stars I would.
Ordered on 27th December still not received. Contacted customer services 3 times no joy.
What a con please do mot waste your time or money with this company.

Ordered a red panda on december 9th. Still no sign and nothing from customer service

I had no trouble with the delivery. They turned up vacuumed pack so appears to be quite small. Once you open it up they swell up. The weight is lovely. My daughter and partner loves them.

Still hasn't arrived after 8 weeks. Trying to now get a refund.
