I love my red panda. She is much bigger than I thought, and very soft. I would not change anything about her. After a name search, I named her Mitra, which is Sanskrit for friend. I ordered her because I went through a very painful surgery recovery, and needed to hug something. Now she sits on the bed next to me at night when I am winding down.

Great communication.
I queried not recieving a confirmation order and upon query was provided with a suitable response. When item was delivered company emailed direct to ensure the item had in fact been delivered. Daughter delighted with red panda snuggly.

It was easy to place my order, to deal with customer service when I had a query and it didn't take very long before I received my product. I am very happy with my red panda!

Very poor experience. I was sent three different discount codes for increasing amounts (10%, 15%, 20%), none of which actually worked. I ordered (at full price) on 15th March, with a quoted delivery time of 5-6 days. Did not receive any order confirmation. They emailed me on 17th March with an order number to ask me to confirm what I had ordered. I emailed on 21st March to chase up dispatch and was informed that they had no record of my order. They finally located my order on 1st April and confirmed dispatch then. It arrived on 7th April. Apparently I will be receiving a 20% refund for the discount code which did not work, but I have yet to receive this.
All emails from the company are clearly AI generated (excessively verbose and largely nonsensical).
The product itself seems good and my son wants me to give 5 stars for that, but they really need to work on their communication and logistics. I would not recommend, or order again.

Item did not arrive. Emailing the company for months and kept getting same email. When they finally sorted it they said courier company had delivered, obviously it was not to mine, they then told me to get in touch with the courier company as it was not their problem but because they had taken months to come up with answers the courier company could not assist. After ourchasing a snugly for my daughter at Christmas and my sen son grabbing it, I ordered him one. It arrived a few weeks later to be very, very, substandard and faulty.

I immediatley contacted them with photos and a very curt email. It took several days for any acknowledgement of email receipt.

An enquirey was opened and yesterday, after 6 weeks we received our replacement.

The same standard of my daughters original snuggly.

One very happy son and daughter. She gets hers back, he gets his own and peace is restord. (Well as much as it can be. Ha ha)

Yes it was a slow process but the result in the end was positive.

FAULTY POLICY WARNING!!!I love the item and have 2 for my autistic children. Use of the weighted hugging arms. I have contacted customer service to be told we cant help after 30 days even for FAULTY!! Unbelievable. No help at all. Have asked for escalation. We will see but looking at these reviews I do not hold out hope.

I absolutely love my panda. I can’t believe how calming he is and I snuggle him all night. I’m sleeping so much better now.

A little disappointed when they arrived to be honest. Although the arms were weighted the body wasn’t and the arms are not magnetic either. It didn’t really replace the feeling of a weighted blanket. I bought the panda and the red panda and although they look nice, apart from the arms I may as well have bought a normal large teddy, would have had the same effect. Shame, but pointless me returning them to China!

Still hasn't been sent and no tracking number yet!! Wish I had read previous reviews. Have been informed it's still coming but it now won't arrive for a birthday. Delivery times extremely inaccurate. Should have bought from someone else 😔

I love my red panda. Its so soft to touch and I fall asleep so much easier now. Highly recommend for anyone with anxiety and sleep issues. Just ordered another one.

I contacted customer service after not receiving a confirmation email. They replied promptly confirming my order and my order arrived a few days later in time for mothers day. Daughter very pleased with slothe.

I have placed an order on the 1st of March for two friends abroad, I got the wrong name on one order, and it was luckly not sent yet, I thought so they could rectify the mistake... Now it's 16 days since I placed the order, and no news on the delivery being shipped or anything. I even offered to have it delivered to me rather than my friends' addresses so I can arrange delivery myself, or to pay extra for delivery to be made as soon as possible, but still nothing.

Initially I gave it a 1* sure to all delivery issues. I change it to 3* as one of the plushie has finally arrived and it's really nice, so I feel like the review should reflect both services and product. It would be unfair to rate the product very low.

Due to a manufacturing defect, they simply replaced my Bear 🐻. I didn't have to send the broken bear back. Thank you.

After initially waiting for months for delivery the product has a rip and less stuffing in one paw. They initially wanted myself to pay to have this returned but to just keep me quiet said theyd send a replacement out. This wasn't done and the now just ignore any message or email sent. The website warns against "cheap alternatives" well, I ordered one from the cheap alternative and it's the exact same product but doesn't have a defect. Order yours from AliExpress instead. It's 1/3 of the price , was delivered within 2 weeks and doesn't have any defects.

Although I didn’t receive my Koala for 3/4 weeks, customer service were brilliant. They kept in touch and made sure I finally received it. It is the best, softest hug ever! My grandson (9) tried it and tried to claim it so now I have to get him one for his birthday!
