I have not revived my order yet and still waiting

Excellent service

I placed and order for a couple of vintage mugs, that are much smaller than anticipated. Photos are super deceptive. And at the same time I also ordered a pair of double wall glass mugs, and this is where the real problems started. They arrived shattered. The packaging was sub par, to say the least. Each mug was in a thin bubble wrap, which then was placed into a STYROFOAM box, then the two styrofoam boxes were placed in a regular shipping bag. No liner, no extra protection, just a good ol' regular shipping bag. So I contacted customer service immediately, to which they actually responded pretty quick. That's the only positive. However, I come to find out the mugs were being shipped from china. In that flimsy packaging. Then I asked for a full refund TWICE, and they completely disregarded my request saying they missed my request, and they already shipped out replacement mugs, which after seeing how little care they put into the packaging and how super fragile the mugs were, I did not want. So, if you decide to purchase from this company, look for all the info so you know the size of the mugs, and keep in mind where it comes from and how it's packaged, and you have to pay for return shipping. In my humble opinion, they are not worth the money or the hassle.

The product is beautiful and they are very good about providing tracking so you know exactly where your item is. I do wish they had communicated more clearly how long it would take to ship.

I liked the cups and will have them in my car.

The coffee cups looks just as good as online.
They are beautiful. The company was fast and the products were packaged immaculate.

Articoli ricevuti oggi,9.1.2026 arrivati intatti ,confezione molto accurata ,le tazzine sono conforme alle foto e molto belle .grazie mille .Sono soddisfatto.

Got here too late to give as a Christmas gift.

But it looks like they will be a good birthday gift.

Love the quality, handle and texture of the cup. I purchased it for my husband as he foes not like large coffee cups. This was smaller than I anticipated but would buy and 8 or 10 Oz mug in the same style. It looks "manly" to me. Great shipping texts.

I love the cup I received, but am still waiting on the second one. Its been weeks and no word

Very easy to deal with ,sent items very quickly , and I was delighted with the products

Fast delivery, nice quality mug. Mug was well packaged and arrived with no issues. Would definitely use again.

Haven't even received them! Was meant to be a xmas gift but yet we are still waiting for them. VERY disappointed

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my daughter who is a tea enthusiast and also a scientist, so this set was perfect for her.

The delivery arrived on Christmas Eve and was beautifully boxed and very well protected.

Suffice to say my Daughter loved it so all very happy.
