Beautiful item. Great service when I had to inquire about it. Will look for other products from this site.

Fast shipping, the product was exactly as advertised online, and I would definitely buy again.

There is a few negative comments regarding this item which made me doubt its quality.
After receiving it ,which does take a while & yes it does come from China I was delighted with it . It arrived nicely packaged in its own box which held the glass mug safely in foam inserts.
The glass is very well made , absolutely no bubbles or impurities in its manufacturing.
My father in law was delighted to receive it on Christmas Day , and he has since confirmed it keeps his coffee nice & warm , so as far as I am concerned I have no doubts recommending this insulated ,double walled glass . Thank you 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Paid for expedited shipping which promised to be here before Christmas because this was a gift. Didn’t arrive until 12/31. The mug itself is pretty, but super tiny, it has glue showing and the handle is crooked. The pictures on the website are very deceptive and do not match the size of what we thought we were buying. It will not hold a full cup of coffee it’s that small. Especially for the price we paid for it. It also shipped from China, which would have changed our minds about purchasing from them. Do yourselves a favor and don’t order from them.

What a fabulous company. The quality is really great and very unique designs, which make these products lovely for gifting as well. I will certainly be buying more!

Quick delivery and the quality of the glass is excellent. Perfect for a a glass of whiskey and ice!!!

My cup is (as the French would say) "suigenerous"- unique of its own kind. I am drinking my coffee with it now and love the feel and look.

Do not shop here, this is not a legitimate company.
I ordered three gifts for Christmas by the date specified on their website, and as of December 31st, they have yet to arrive. I have been in touch multiple times, but keep receiving vague answers. No one has confirmed whether all of my orders have shipped, where the items are, or when/if they will be delivered. I was even offered a printout to gift someone instead, rather than any explanation.

The espresso cups are so unique and cute! They made a great gift.

The product was exactly as described ( great quality and design), quick delivery, well packaged

I would recommend to inform the customers from where do you planning to shipp the product. Coming from China for two weeks can mess my plans for Christmas presents.

It was so easy to order. I'm in Australia. This was a Christmas gift to a friend in the USA. arrived in plenty of time. Tracking was excellent.
The coffee cups are beautiful, thank you so much.

On-time shipping service with a product that was well constructed and exactly as advertised! Comfortable to drink from and stays hot. Very classy look!

Not received my product yet, so cannot review anything.

Ordered some mugs for a Christmas present as wanted something different. The quality of the items received are lovely. Will definitely be ordering again.

Cups look lovely, but didn’t realise delivery was coming from china. They were for a Christmas present & didn’t arrive in time. I’m not returning them as it would be too much hassle & I’m sure the recipient will like them. Need more information regarding delivery & the fact they come from china. As I said….love the cups, shame sbout the delivery. Ordered 14th December not received until the 27th December.

I recently ordered 4 (10 ounce) coffee mugs from Snaw. The mugs arrived in a timely manner and are lovely. Some of the mugs had slight flaws so I reach out to Snaw in an email and provided them pictures. They immediately responded! They were wonderful to deal with and are sending me replacements. Their customer service is second to none!

The mug I received looked much different than the website. Much smaller and not attractive. Overpaid for nothing.

Lovely cups as pictured and described, and they were well packaged. Delivery was a little slower than I'd have liked, though it was Christmas time which probably slowed things down.

Good product arrived on time
