Snaw Anmeldelser

Bought these coffee mugs as a gift and the recipient loves them! They’re classy and they said it made their coffee taste better.

Very high quality product with beautiful colours. A joy to own. Despatched promptly.

Impressed with the speed of delivery, the safe packaging the cups arrived and of course the glass coffee cup in itself. Coffee just tastes better in a Snaw cup!

I was very happy with my purchase, it was packaged safely so no damage, some might think they are a bit pricey but in my opinion as a coffee lover it’s well worth the money compared to what else is out there. I have a coffee station set up in my house and these glasses set it off nicely.

My mugs are lovely to look at and use. They have nice big handles making them easy to hold securely and they hold a lot of coffee/tea.
They arrived faster than expected. Communication from Snaw was also prompt and professional

Awful awful awful. The mugs are smaller than advertised .The ads are clearly ai , one of the mugs I ordered said it was 13.5 oz it didn’t hold more than 11 , the other mug clearly shows someone with there hand entirely through the handle it arrived and I can only get 3 fingers in the handle and it’s light and plasticky not the quality I thought I was getting . . I emailed for a refund ( to send back in packaging etc) they asked me for a video which I sent to demonstrate that it infact does not hold the amount it says for the price this is unacceptable. They did not reply to my reply that was over a week ago . Do not buy from this fake ass company it is not based in the uk . There items ship from china ( I have no problem with that ) just stop pretending your based in the uk . Lies lies lies .

Slow delivery and overpriced products

Is stupidly thought the high purchase price was due to high quality products

This is no better than a UK Supermarket yet 5 to 10 the price

For me this is the perfect coffee cup. They look simple but beautiful. The cups arrived well packed and in great condition.

Product shipped quickly without any issues and arrived on time extremely well packed and protected, and mugs themselves were of excellent build quality (honestly surprised they didn't cost more, lol!)

Its an excellent cup it looks good and feels good and use it all the time my friends have also commented on how good it looks

The travel mug was exactly as advertised. Love the feel of the mug!

Love these mugs…after years of searching we finally found what we were looking for. 😊and they arrived so quickly and safely.

Loved the cup it’s beautiful but sadly much smaller than it looks on the advert, so unfortunately won’t buy any more bad news because it’s a beautiful cup

Items arrived on time and good condition thanks 👍

The cup is ok. Nicely manufactured but I am dissatisfied by the lack of clarity on the product page as it stated wooden handle which is not the case. It is a plastic handle that only slightly resembles wood.
