Smokeday Anmeldelser

I'm always apprehensive about trying a new vendor but Smoke Day exceed my expectations.
Ordering = easy
Customer service = answered my questions, just be patient.
Communication = I knew every step what was happening. Their email reply went to my " promotions" folder so look there. Not their fault.
Price= my item was on sale, plus 10% off as new customer, FREE SHIPPING.
Processing = FAST, 2 days. I had my order in 3 days via UPS.
Packaging = Really wrapped securely, glass was intact, no damage. Also, some stickers and little grinder added free
Follow up afterwards to wrap things up ...with a bow on it

I had problems with the local postal service in Spain and was unable to get any information on the state of my shipment. I contacted SmokeDay and got an immediate reply with accurate information regarding my shipment, with regular updates.

Great customer service, efficient and friendly!

Easy to order. Tons of super cool products to choose from or be surprised & get a mysterybox!

I will be ordering from smokeday ALL the time now!!! They have the cutest mystery boxes and I’m obsessed😍 and so cheap!!

The products are second to none. The value and quality of their items is terrific and I'd shop with them again and again! Perfect packaging too! Love me some Smokeday!!!

I bought the psyduck silicon water bong, and this price is honestly one of my favorites already, it’s small, fun, portable, and just super high quality it’s a full on 10/10 for me.

I have ordered multiple mystery boxes. Everytime I'm amazed at what is inside. The value over ways the cost so much, I use them as gifts to my 420 friends. 🙃

I am overly satisfied with my purchase! The prices are very affordable, even with shipping. I did the standard shipping. My package arrived very quickly in only a few days. My item was packaged very securely. The bubbler that I received is a quality product. I will definitely order again.

Can’t say enough good about this company. We’ve ordered from them several times and have had nothing but positive experiences.

Their price and selection cannot be beat. Add on their fast shipping and great customer service, it’s a no brainer.

If you’re on the fence - Do it!!

Quick shipping and quick to respond to questions. Great people and business.

This is my first actual big girl bong 🥹 and mannnnnnnn I thought my other pieces were doing it for me but Jesus this piece is amazing and it cleans a lot better than my other cheapy cheap pieces from chincy smoke shop. The size is PERFECT for me!!!!! Literally perfect. I love it!

There are so many great things to say about this team and the overall site experience. Ill give you my top 3.
1- "A1 Customer Service". When you need assistance, they have your back. Rose Ann was attentive and quick to respond with my order inquiry. Seldom do you get a real person and its a great experience...REAL people!
2 - "A to Z Inventory". You want it...they have IT...something to meet every need and every user level from novice to Pro-professional.
3 - "Tech savvy and user friendly". The whole process from searching, filtering, ordering, paying, and tracking the shipment is smooth and concise. They even let you know when the package is delivered.
Dont even bother with any other online source...This is the only bookmark destination you will ever need.

So I had ordered the Pink Spiderman Vape Pen 2 weeks ago & unfortunately, it didn't work.. I sent an Email explaining the situation & sent a video per their request.. The Team was VERY helpful & sent a replacement that works perfectly!!!! I will definitely order again because The Team did a FANTASTIC Job corresponding with me & keeping me updated on the situation.. Thank You Smokeday for Above & Beyond Service & will be ordering other items soon..

I've been ordering from Smokeday for almost a decade - the quality, price, and service is top notch. I highly recommend!

I puchased a product which came in the package as two separate items. One of the items was shattered during shipping. I took pics and emailed the photos. The customer service staff here jumped right on my case and had a replacement piece shipped to me within a couple days. This one arrived beautifully and now i am fully enjoying the quality of this product. Highly highly recommend Smokeday. You will not be disappointed.

Greg Abbott still sucks, but Smokeday doesn't. A great variety of pieces to choose from at fair prices. Not only did I get some cool stickers, but they threw in a free one hitter and grinder. They back their product and responsive customer service. I will definitely be back.

Secure and safe packaging

Loved my purchase! Packed well, shipped promptly and was just what I wanted.

THIS COMPANY IS SO FREAKING GREAT, after dealing with a bunch of trash online glass business’ I was worried about giving it another shot, but smokeday delivered within like 48 hours after placing the order. Gave me constant updates while on its way, and the quality of the glass itself is amazing. Will be exclusively ordering glass from here and recommending to any and everyone I can only bc I know the feedback I will get from introducing them to this company would be major glazing and I love to be praised.

Very helpful and considerate and packages are delivered quick not to mention the pieces are lovely at a good price.
