Throughout my years of buying things on the internet this actually has to be the worse company Ive ever purchased from defective glass tree percolator won’t work as intended and the shipping situation dont get me started on that if you buy a specific carrier like usps don’t! They will rip you off they will purposely downgrade your shipping and not refund you for it I used to actually like this company until
Today please if you know what’s good for you don’t order from the company get your glass irl or buy it cheap so when you do get ripped off it wont be a lot of money

We ordered a glass bowl, and were disappointed when it arrived broken. It's not exactly their fault, but it also seemed unwise to have shipped it in an envelope (with a ton of bubble wrap) rather than a box. They were very responsive, especially given that it was over Christmas, and made sure that we got a replacement. They clearly care about making sure you ultimately have a good shopping experience with them.

Great items, good quality and the customer service is quick and nice people. Im ordering from here again fs

Communicative and helpful.
They tried their best to help me as much as they could.
Good experience with them.

Great company with excellent customer service!
Our son's Christmas Bong arrived quickly, and the bong itself was in perfect condition; however, the bowl was damaged.
The packaging is over-the-top heavy-duty! Nothing short of a forklift running over the box, should have damaged it. But accidents can happen.
Smokeday customer service quickly acknowledged the claim and promptly sent a replacement bowl!

A company worth doing business with!

Great company and awesome products. Amazing and friendly customer service! Fast shipping, and on the off chance there's an issue with the order they respond almost immediately and fix the issue. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Communication was fast and friendly. Replacement came in perfect condition. Speedy delivery as well.

first piece I had shipped out came chipped and they very quickly and without hesitation replaced the piece for me, they have been nothing but helpful and amazing people, I will be coming back soon

I've been using these types of products for over 20 years and I still feel like a kid in a candy shop when I get on their website. So funny.

The quality of their glass is top notch and their customer service is fantastic. Very responsive and super friendly.

Inflation and a rough economy has hit all of us in one way or another so its nice to see such affordable prices with smokeday.com. That's why I went there in the first place, because they had the best prices... I keep going back because the quality is outstanding and the variety of products leaves me speechless. There's sooooooo much to choose from. I love it.

Have bought several things so far...... everything has been great. Well packed, fast shipping, etc etc....
Past order recieved wrong thing ..... refunded my whole order. Even let me keep the wrong item sent.

Nothing bad to say..... accidents happen they treated me right trying to fix it.

Appreciate it

My first piece arrived broken, on a Saturday. I emailed them the same day with all the necessary photos. Heard back from them the following Tuesday. Customer service was very speedy, and the person I dealt with was very kind. I received a new one on Friday of the same week, in perfect condition and with a grinder. Will absolutely order from them again.

I got several emails (because of a past purchase) about this years Black Friday event that motivated me to make a purchase. I had recently purchased a new bong from another source that I really was not happy with. I saw this one and it took a few days to decide to go for it I am very glad I decided to give myself a late birthday present (Halloween baby!).
You have such a great selection in a very wide range of prices but I am very particular in what I want . This one included all my "must haves": 11-15" tall with double shower heads, an 18mm male bowl fitting and a curved mouth piece. The hits are soooo smooth and the rig is elegant looking.
You acted quickly on my order and packaged it with great care!
Thank you for having such a great sale!! You are very customer oriented and while I hope this lasts a long time, accidents do happen, especially with someone who only has vision in one eye. I highly recommend Smokeday.com

great customer service , really willing to help with any inconveniences or questions i had and my piece came in perfect condition and wrapped securely, definitely a great website to make a purchase.

10/10!!! LOVE the piece, super cute & works very well. arrived quickly, amazing price!! great first time experience. i had some difficulty with applying a discount code to my order and the incredible staff helped me out kindly & promptly with no issues. will absolutely be buying again & recommending to all my friends!! thank you guys so much!!

Everytime I buy something from this store, there's always something misleading about it where it ends up being a waste of money. I've bought two bongs and one pipe from this place. The two bongs both had ash catchers and other things that made it difficult to smoke and clean. both of which were not listed in the description which was probably why they were so cheap. This website is way overpriced and shady for the cheap crap they sell. There's so many other sites with better more reasonably priced items, don't waste your time with them. I never will again.

I really hope people read my review before making any purchases from this company. They are absolutely terrible to deal with. I purchased a glass pipe from them and was unsatisfied with it. I contacted the company to get a refund which they let me refund, but I had to pay my own shipping to send it back whereas most companies will send you a return label so you don't have to pay for shipping. If that wasn't bad enough, they didn't even return the full amount of the item. I chose free shipping, but apparently they deduct the amount of shipping they supposedly said they paid to ship it in the first place. So I basically had to pay for shipping twice. After everything, I only got a refund of about 15.00 on an item that was 34.99. They are also really bad at getting back to you if you email them with a question. I still haven't gotten a response from them about an email I sent last week and have emailed them about 4 times asking them to get back to me. I do not recommend doing business with them at all!!

product not delivered and customer support doesnt exist im beyond tired of this scam site and have filed a complaint with the BBB to further an investigation into the site.

very discreet package which i love and also wrapped like hell in the bubble wrap but i love that. the piece itself is soooo beautiful. they left a few suprise gifts in the box which i love so much. i got stickers and a PINK biodegradable grinder. will be ordering from again and will be recommending to all my friends as well.

Everything is perfect and I really enjoy the donut bong it's the 1st in the bong election getting more cool bongs and pipes for the collection

Really impressed with the product and customer service! The product is one of a kind and works great. Customer service was friendly and helpful
