I ordered a pair of Dries Van Noten pants from Smets in Luxembourg from the comfort of my couch in Melbourne Australia and was blown away by the efficiency and ease of purchase. It took a mere four business days to arrive from the other side of the planet when it can take two weeks for express deliveries to land from neighbouring state Sydney. The fit was perfect, in every way.

SMETS - Where the Customer is the last priority
I went to Smets website and made an order for 3 items.
All 3 from different brands and all 3 showed up as being in stock.
When my order was shipped and I received my invoice I noticed that 2 of the 3 items were crossed out.
There was no communication with me to try understanding if I wanted to still proceed with the order or if I would like to replace those Items.
I ended up paying 30€ shipment from Luxembourg to Portugal on an item that cost me 40€ which is a lot considering I just had a package weighting 6kg delivered by Fedex from USA to Portugal for 50€.
Afterwards I went to their website and one of the items was still listed as being available.
Keep away from this store, it's my advice.

Amazing experience
I’ve ordered an Off-White tee from Smets.lu and I'm really satisfied with my buying experience:
The price was competitive so first point for them.
The checkout on the website was fast and easy to do, they send you all the updates on the status of your order so you don't lose anything. They are super fast in preparing your parcel and giving it to the courier and the shipping with DHL is very quick: from Luxembourg to Milan, Italy, I've submitted the order early in the morning and during the night my parcel flew to Milan and I got it at 11am of the next day.
The package was well made and there are already the instructions and the label for a potential return.
These are the sites I like to buy at, easy, fast and well organized, way better than many other bigger online marketplaces.
The only thing I wasn't super happy with, but it's really a small detail, is that the tee wasn't in the original Off-White product bag (the item was obviously certified authentic with certilogo so I'm not referring to this), but was anyway well packed in a smets-labeled plastic bag, inside the package, so not a big problem.
