They arrived when they said they would, did the work in the period advised, and left the site clean and tidy, in spite of the huge amount of disruption required during the works. It's only a small company which maybe why the service was so good. Quick replies to emails, Nigel was able to visit the site quite soon after instruction, and issued a report very quickly. The report which had good photos and was easy to follow showed that Nigel had inspected everything he could gain access to, and we could ask for nothing more. Good job.
