No problem except driver had to arrive much later than originally arranged and guests were anxious to use their parking slot before darkness fell but could not access until driver finished.

Very helpful team who were able to come and empty our septic tank the same week at short notice; they also rod cleared our pipe for no extra charge and advised on pitch fibre relining options. Always a somewhat expensive service, but delivered promptly and professionally. Would absolutely use these guys again.

Nigel did a very detailed survey of the drainage for a house we eventually bought. The report was excellent and timely and we subsequently were able to negotiate the price of the house down based on his survey. Would recommend Nigel to everyone.

The weather conditions were quite challenging, but the Smart Drainage team steadily carried out the installation of a new treatment plant. The whole process from initial survey to completion was efficient.

Nigel the boss came around within 24hrs of requesting a site visit. He was very thorough and guided us through the works with no pressure for a treatment plant and drainage to replace our out of date septic tank. We took up the work which was due to be done in Jan 2024. A couple of weeks later Nigel rang to say they had an earlier slot and we accepted. Work commenced two weeks later and I found that the work carried out was very efficient with a minimal amount of disruption. I would recommend Smart Drainage to anybody. This is the second time we’ve used smart drainage. It turned out to be a little complicated but the team especially the 2 who came on the final day did a superb job, they used technology to resolve the issue and delivered exactly what we needed to sort out the issues and left us very happy listening to water flowing through the new drainage system . Great team great Company.
