Lovely soft eye mask and headband. My daughters have bought a few different ones in the past but they have looked and felt quite cheap and often stitching had come undone but these feel much more premium. my daughters especially like how the headband opens out wide so it properly holds their hair back unlike others.

This is my 2nd review with the same problem. I made 2 orders on the same day, neither had arrived and I was told by amazon shipping that they were both lost. After sending several emails to smug, I got a reply on my review saying that my emails were going to spam and that they would sort it. Finally got 1 of my orders (no ending 924) but still not got the 2nd one (ending 925). Still no one is replying to my emails about this one! Hoping that I might get a response again from here as that appears to be the only way I can get a response again. On a better note, I have bought several items from here in the past and love the products, but not sure I will buy again.

With regard to order 108925, we can see from the tracking that this has unfortunately also been lost by Amazon. This is extremely unusual, and certainly not something we’d expect to happen with two orders. We’ll be raising this directly with Amazon.

The mask I ordered is beautifully made…
The mask I ordered is beautifully made and arrived really quickly. My husband has to have a bedside monitor which glows green and it disturbed my sleep but the sleep mask blocks it out completely. The contour of the mask allows eye movement and is very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend the product and company. Thank you.

Quick delivery. Im giivng 4 stars for the customer experience and delivery. Unfortunately I couldn't smell anything when using the shower steamers which I wanted to love. I am wondering if this is because my shower room just doesn't hold the steam and therefore isn't powerful enough to create the aroma, as others have reported a wonderful scent! Great company though.

Always good quality products at good prices. Quick delivery. I’ve used Smug many times before and will do so again. I particularly love their pillowcases. I haven’t slept on a ‘normal’ pillowcase since my first one. I even bought one for my sister in law who was very impressed also.

Disappointing lack of fragrance …
I was expecting amazing things from these steamers but there is barely any smell. I was under the impression that they are best placed in the steam not in the water so I placed it in a small soap dish on the edge of the bath and turned the shower on hot to create steam before I got in and nothing happened so I dripped on a few drops of water and although they fizzed up a little I could hardly smell anything just a faint smell that was immediately overpowered by the smell of my very subtle smelling shower gel. I’m disappointed as the one box was a gift for a friend.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the shower steamers. We understand how frustrating it must have been when they didn’t release the fragrance as expected, especially as one box was intended as a gift.
For best results, shower steamers should be placed on the floor of the shower but away from the direct water stream, in an enclosed shower space where steam can build up. This helps activate the fizz and allows the fragrance to circulate more effectively.
