Hi TJ,
We’re very sorry to read this, especially from someone who had ordered with us before. We always value repeat customers, and i was hired to ensure that these situations do not happen. It is disappointing to see that your experience left you feeling unable to use us again.
UPDATE: Even though this review is historical, we would still love the chance to make things right. If you contact us, we’ll happily look into the issue again and discuss a suitable goodwill gesture, whether that is free products, account credit, compensation, or another fair way to restore your confidence in us.
Please email callum@slapsta.com
and we’ll review everything personally. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to turn this around for you.
The first version is stronger if you want it to sound more polished and company-safe.
