From the moment I made contact about my design they were very efficient and double checked everything, when the design was complete they sent it over to confirm and to tweak any changes I wanted before the final print , they have always been very efficient and come back to me with any queries or problems I may have , I can’t rate them enough and have recommended to friends

Absolutely brilliant
I have placed several orders, and I will continue to shop Slapsta. The quality is top notch, and the service is fantastic.
They have been so accommodating and friendly whenever I have questions or make requests for modifications.
They are prompt not only with communication, but also getting my orders to me.
The quality is exceptional. All of my customers comment on how much they like the graphics and are impressed by the design and construction.

Hi, we’re sorry to read this and we take feedback like this very seriously. We are concerned by what you’ve described, and also somewhat confused, as we would want to fully investigate any claim of non-delivery or loss of communication.
Unfortunately, we cannot verify the order from the details in this review alone. Please email callum@slapsta.com
with your order information so our team can urgently investigate and work towards a resolution. If there has been any unresolved issue, we would very much like the opportunity to address it properly.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I understand your frustration regarding the delay and communication issues. It appears at first there was some delay regarding the WhatsApp number on the order.
I want to address this situation immediately. To start, have refunded the project in full, and also sent across the graphics which you signed off - you can keep these.
This review came as a suprise - as to both the logo, and bag design we sent, you said it was okay and you are happy with them. We can revise or start again at any time.
I have called you personally and explained another 2 designers, and also a illustrator who are ready to take on this project, should you not like the first one. They will do this for free for you. Please get in contact if you would like us to do this.
Thank you for your patience, and I appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please feel free to reach out directly to me on +447376640881 so we can discuss this further.

Back to normal
I ordered labels from them more than a month ago, and other than taking my money, they have done nothing else.
I call their number, but it goes unanswered and the mobile of the owqner is on do not disturb. What ever their problem is, this is no way to treat customers. I had used them before, but this will be the last time. It was a disaster.
In response to your comment:
I'm glad you are back to normal operations. My review is updated to reflect that
