My flight was cancelled mouths in advance by gulf airlines. And sky wizard were told to contact me to get me to rebook a flight but sky wizard didnt bother to do this. And i get to a london airport for my flight and was told at the check in desk that every one else as been notified and been redirected on diffrent flights. I ring sky wizard and was told it was my fault for not checking on line on line before i travelled . The desk clerk at the airport disagreed with them and check all emails on my booking reference and apologised to me for not having a flight rebooked due to sky wizard not letting me know. I was told by sky wizard you not getting your money back because its in our terms and conditions no refunds on cancellations of flights that have been cancelled by a airline. I had to pay for a flight my self to get to my holiday destination my self that day. I contacted my credit card company who refunded me straight away and claimed my back from sky wizards bank. Please read the small print in sky wizards terms and conditions before booking with them. Yes the air line made a schedule change and told you to tell me about the cancelation but you did not and had mouths in advance to tell me. And i put gulf air check in staff on the desk on the phone to a woman in your company and didnt try and rearange a new flight thats why i booked with air india. So your reply on trust pilot is a false statement . And your stiĺl saying that the problem was me not checking on linei the day before my flight. Get real are you telling all new customers if flights are cancelled mouths in advance we are not going to let pay customers have a clue and blame them for not checking in the day before the flight . Would you like to book a long hall flight and have to reschedule the night before ??? And the air line blamed your company. Do you still say that your company is not a fault for me missing my flight.

The representative was very patient and helpful as I am elderly, and made sure I got everything okay at my end. A good company to book through. I would use them again!

Flying to Australia from UK can be stressful and you wouldn't want anything to go wrong so Ricky became a breath of fresh air. I gave him my travel dates, my budget and the airlines to consider and he came up with the best deals. It became easier to choose which deal to go for. Thank you for your professional support.

Was told tic booked was now unavailable n wld need to pay more but Raymond helped to get me a refund, several weeks ago..
A worry - a few days ago booked a rtn tic online, was timed out b4 I had paid. I re booked n was timed out ag.. much later found out money had already left my card x twice (it appears my card was stored in the system from several weeks ago n now money was taken out easily without my knowledge)
Another mishap (was told the LONG HAUL return flt I had booked does not include full baggage allowance but a carry on board 7 kg one!!)
The person I spoke w re above wasn't prepared to listen, preferring to talk loudly over me n providing scant resolution, informing me it's my fault I had booked twice (I wld be on the same flt on the same day hving paid twice). He informed I cld not get a refund for booking twice n that Skywizard is already offering a cheap deal (like I shd be thankful- my tic was over £668!) n that he'd hv to cough up £500 from his pocket if I'm not booking any flt from Skywizard!
As I had some contact w Raymond previously I asked that I speak w him instead.
Raymond patiently checked various airlines n dates n managed to get me on a flt (n yes, I had to pay over £200 more for this flt tic w baggage allowance) n gave me a refund from booking twice.
I note Raymond provides a professional attitude in listening first n said 'let's try n find a solution'rather than informing me w' we can't do anything, it's the company's rule' that I received earlier. He appears calm n painstakingly checked for a suitable flt n sent me flt details.
I'm appreciative of his help n hope I wld not encounter such difficulties re booking a flt in future

Although the first flight I booked with Sky Wizard fell through and I ultimately had to end up booking another flight that cost a little more but I can honestly say, Raymond did his best to ensure that my booking went as smoothly as possible and remaind very professional in his outlook throughout the process.

I’ve booked and paid a flight from this travel agency because I thought I found the best deal from them. It has been 4 days since I’ve booked but I’ve never heard from them until I rang them only to find out that there was no booking done. Their reason is: there was something wrong with our names. So why they didn’t contact us then if there was a problem? I believe they just made some excuse to scam. We travel a lot and never had problem with our names. I wanted to cancel it but cancellation fee was too expensive to each passenger especially there was 4 of us so it’s not worth to cancel it. I have no choice but to booked another flight from them and i need to add £1,000+ on top of our previous booking. I don’t recommend this agency at all.

Rebooked our flights after original booking was cancelled due to the war in Iran. Managed to get the next available flights from Perth to Edinburgh via Doha. Can't recommend their service highly enough

Booked online, easy and processed quicky..received a call from Ricky my advisor who was exceptional making sure all my demands were fulfilled fully and offer assistance going forward. In fact am looking to book another journey with yourselves after speaking with Ricky, mainly due to his service and ease if making a booking...

Beware Scammers ! You will find Raymond Ricky and Kevin are bogus names and this company is a call centre in India / Pakistan,
you will NOT get the flights or the price they quoted, this company should be investigated by the relevant authorities

Ricky was outstanding in his customer service approach, he was patient to listen and able to get the ticket that suits for the journey.

Very poor experience with them, leaving me to question their honesty, integrity and business practice. Saw a great price for flights to Thailand with Thai Airways and so booked 5 tickets, and received a confirmation of booking email, with payment (£3000+) taken from credit card.
The next day I received a phone call telling me the tickets did not come with checked baggage (which is fair enough, as the price was very good and the icon during the booking process said 1PC baggage but didn’t specify whether carry on or checked).
We have flown Thai Airways many times as we have family in Thailand, and are familiar with their ticketing in that they always include 23kg baggage with international tickets. In spite of this, the agent insisted they didn’t, and wanted us to pay £400 more per ticket for the checked baggage, telling us that as it was a special ticket we couldn’t book extra baggage with the airline directly.
I received a second phone call from the “sales team” (even though both number and voice on the other end were identical to first person I’d spoken to), saying I couldn’t refund the tickets (even though he said they hadn’t actually been booked yet with the airline) and that I would need to pay the extra baggage charge.
I simply refused and said that we were happy to go with 5 tickets at the paid price, with only carry on baggage, as we have family in Thailand and thus travelling light is not an issue for us.
The agent refused, and put the phone down. I sent an email confirming details of conversation and that we would like the 5 tickets without checked baggage at the quoted price.
The next day I received a full refund to my credit card, without explanation.
I emailed again asking the reason for the refund, such as the flights had been mistakenly mispriced online, and received no reply (several days have passed since).

I am not out of pocket, other than for my time wasted.
However my experience tells me pretty clearly, as other people have written, that they deliberately quote very cheap prices and then try to upsell baggage - which in this case would have resulted in a price higher than booking direct with Thai Airways.

They also do not have a live booking system. Any booking made is a “request”, payment is taken in full, and they then process manually when back in office hours. They are also not fully ATOL protected, but use a lightweight (read: low cost, to them) version of the system via PTS.

Absolutely pointless waste of time dealing with them. Use a main aggregator booking site like Expedia or Momondo instead, or book direct with airline.
