Ordered a few months ago a big thank you to Martine and Victoria, after a few health issues I’ve only just used the products brought in summer, had a few issues regarding my order firstly ordered incorrectly cancelled this order spoke to Victoria she got another member of staff to contact me to guide me with what I needed me and husband wasn’t sure what we needed as our products were very old the gentleman I spoke to was so helpful gave me all the products and a breakdown of price he even got a catalogue to look for me Victoria arranged a refund promptly, I then discovered a leak from ordering spoke to Martine who got my order out very quickly phoned sky plastics again to find out a bit more Martine had already sorted this with warehouse and Victoria gave me the tracking for their couriers and said it would be with me the next day I had my order by 10AM next day me and my husband was so overwhelmed our son wasn’t here at time of delivery as we wasn’t expecting it so early, I just want to say a big thank you to everyone involved as you saved us a big financial bill and a lot of extra stress I will recommend you whenever I can

Never answer the phone so impossible to get a refund. AVOID

5 stars all the way from me , placed my order with sky plastics on the Monday ,a quick phone call checking availability beforehand and all was in stock advised delivery would be on the Thursday and as part of the order was 4 meter pipe sections thought this was quite acceptable, then during the days waiting for my order I read the reviews and was beginning to regret my order. I rang up and spoke to Victoria who was both friendly and professional , she emailed me a tracking number and said the order would to be with Me today (Wednesday) sure enough my order arrived with DX couriers The order was complete absolutely no issues and products were of excellent quality, I have complete confidence in sky plastics in the firm and their products, it may be advisable to check stock levels with a quick phone call before placing order if you are concerned about the other reviews, I found the team at sky plastics friendly and helpful, I’ve now placed another order for the things I’ve forgotten in the first (as you do) , I think in this day and age people are far too quick to moan and whinge when when things go wrong, which is fair enough but to balance things up I think people need to leave reviews when things go right.

I see SkyPlastics still get mixed reviews, although my experience with them has been very positive. After making a query I got a call to confirm whether some items I wanted were in stock. Luckily they were, and my order was dispatched and arrived very quickly. I would suggest contacting SkyPlastics if you have any questions before you order. Their prices are very competitive, and the items are all good quality. I have made a few orders from them and continue to recommend them, as I’m very happy with their services

Overall very poor communication, they do not reply to emails or phone calls. They are cheap for a reason if you need any thing they sell in a hurry, they can not deliver in the times stated and then charge you for the return postage costs when you can’t wait any longer for the products. Avoid at all costs and pay a bit extra from a reputable supplier instead.

Ordered on Monday get on Friday. All item arrived as ordered no one missing. Very good price

Terrible service. I was promised a delivery for the following week Monday, Tuesday at the latest. On the Wednesday I called 4 times and still don’t know if the order is coming or not so we have requested a refund as we can’t wait. Hopefully Sky are better at refunds than delivery.

ordered around £200 of materials, told they were in stock. Then told it would take over 6 weeks to get them so cancelled the order. Having chased the refund twice it still took over a month to be processed. If i hadn't had chased who knows how long it would have taken

I ordered 3 items of 32mm pipe and fittings. Total cost including delivery (£23.94) from Leighton Buzzard to Nuneaton, was £31.06. Admittedly whilst two of the items were very small, the length of pipe was 3 metres. I then went to order 2 other very small fittings (hardly weighing anything !). They want yet another £23.94, saying it was a standard charge ! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL PROFITEERING ! The cost of posting them via Royal Mail would have been probably around £4-5. THEY use a company calledDX Delivery Company ! I can't believe that they would charge that much !

Great company, and by far the cheapest!! I made an error with my order and got in contact with them and they dealt with it immediately and were really helpful. A special thank you to Victoria and Ryan.. many thanks again guys!!

Recently placed an order which had to be canceled. Contacted Vickie in sales for a refund, which was processed back to my PayPal. I will be purchasing with them again.

Ordered online 26 May 2024 delivery arrived minus pipe ,bosed pipe , Tee and adapter marked on delivery note as back order (was listed online as in stock ) phoned lots of times chasing this and been promised delivery Today 18/7/2024 still not recieved these items. dont bother ordering from Sky Plastics unless you only want part of your order and you have lots of time to chase them up 7 weeks and still not had missing pipe and fittings items they listed as in stock Edit I have not recieved a credit yet 1/8/24.

Extremely well priced, very efficient, very professional company that delivers stock on time! No fuss and straightforward. The quality of their products is outstanding. Like for like, sometimes 60 or even 70% cheaper than well known diy store or local builders merchant. It’s so genuinely exciting to deal with a company that aren’t taking the p… and charging what they can get away with. They charge an honest and realistic price . An example…450mm chamber riser….diy store £40; builders merchant £27: sky plastics….less than a tenner including vat! Please keep doing what you’re doing. Genuinely love dealing with this company!

Great service arrived on time and by far the most competitive against my usual supplier, products arrived with 48hours and communication regarding order and delivery was on point!!
