Terrible company. Placed my order 2 weeks ago. I wasn’t notified that items were out of stock until I chased.

I was then told stock would arrive Monday, it hasn’t and still waiting on a supplier update apparently.

It’ll be close to a month before I receive my order I imagine, if I don’t get a refund first.

Good material prices but pay the extra for reliability.

Despite promises they have still not delivered my guttering
The best advice I can give anyone thinking of dealing with Sky Plastics is go elsewhere

Gave this company another chance on slow delivery after problems last time but again they have let me down badly. Chased for non-existent tracking info after a week. Still not dispatched! No one comes back to you. Its now 10 days since order and its now Friday 6pm so wont be this getting delivery anytime this weekend. Price is cheep but so is their service. comes a point when cheap goods cost time. Wont be using again.

Super slow delivery! The quality and price are ok, but you have to wait a long time for them to despatch the order. Website claims that they despatch same day or next day but in truth it's a week before they bother even after chasing them up.

I was contacted with info regarding courier issues, which I understand living in Shetland however I offered several options including an alternate delivery address. Still waiting for any form of decision of communication 5 days later.
UPDATE: Ryan from Sky plastics was very helpful in finding a solution, items were finally received minus on that was out of stock for which I was reimbursed. I would shop with company again because prices are very good and did in the end make sure that the order was fulfilled.

Incredible service quality of product and obviously the prices are far cheaper than the mainstream suppliers…

Found sky plastics when looking for 6” drainage couldn’t believe the price difference from my local merchants to them! I checked them out on Trustpilot to see they were legit there reviews weren’t great but took the gamble ordered on a Wednesday and sure enough every thing was delivered on the Monday great service at a great price thought I’d check back on here to give them some credit
