Absolutely amazing price point and quality of the pipework materials. I am a self home builder but still have had orders of £2.5 K and will return for the external soil and guttering.
I am surprised at some of the negative feedback on delivery. People need to get organized if you want to dolly along then keep nipping to your local builders merchant at sometimes 4 times the cost and be happy.
I had follow on items on my first order but had time .
I then had an urgent order and simply filled in the basket spoke to Molly the following morning armed with the references to discuss stock and received my order the following day (12 items)
The shear volume of the business due to quality and value means that as an example a repeat item that was a follow on in my first order showed 25 in stock on my second order.
Molly and Victoria are great always bright and cheerful and on the button all the time in what appears to be a very very busy business.

Could not fault the customer service received, Ryan kept me informed on my order numerous times and made sure it arrived when I required it

I have had some bad experiences with Sky Plastics in the past, but I think they have had a management change, and things seem to have been sorted out. I would now recommend them to other customers.

Placed order for Perforated Land Drain Coil on 14th April 2025 and got email about the order and no update of delivery for 10 days. Sent email on 24th asking for the status and said stock will be with us on 25th and allocate it. Again no response after that. Avoid if you can , nearly a month and no email about delay or delivery or cancellation. Its waste of my time.

Ordered for first time, delivery was very slow items missing with to follow note. Waited 2 weeks no missing items! Telephoned them and requested refund as they hadn't got my missing items. Still waiting refund!! Will not use or recommend this company.

I have read the reviews, and yes I can see why many people are complaining but truth been told, I like them a lot. The quality is really great, mainly German products (at least those that I have bought). My order was delayed but I contacted them and they dispached whatever was available on the day.

Yes the website states that products are in stock while they are not always and yes there can be delays if you do not contact them but overall, they are very polite, very helpful and accommodating.

All in all, given the significant price difference and the great quality, I will buy again from them, just order via phone :)

Avoid! had to chase order, after 2 weeks half the order turned up. Took 4 weeks to get refund on items not in stock.

Excellent service and quick delivery times to the development.

Very pleasant experience! Communication was excellent, and the delivery was incredibly fast—I placed my order mid-morning, and by 3 PM the same day, everything had arrived. Highly recommend!

I only required a few small items in an order not worth a big lot of money but Sky Plastics responded and were happy to help me. Victoria and Ryan were prompt in processing my request and arranging it to be packaged and nothing was any trouble. Great service.

Actually, I would give NO stars. My partner ordered 50m Perforated Drainage Pipe on 25th March. Money taken (£179.69 in total, incl. VAT & Delivery) from bank next day. No goods delivered. Not able to contact Sky Plastics or get any response - tried phoning, e-mail etc. Have tried cancelling the order as had to get supplies for job from elsewhere. Have requested refund. Nothing from Sky Plastics. FRAUD??

These Guys are Legends. Nothing is too much trouble . All products are on the money , arrive in good time and are top quality. I’ve used them multiple times , special thanks to Ryan and Molly 🤘

if i could give 0 stars i would - i ordered this item 10 days ago and followed up many times and today i was told they are out of stock and my builder is coming tomorrow . How disgusting don’t ever order from here. I wish i read reviews

Don't be lured in by their low prices!

Against my better judgement, I ordered goods to value of £419.69 on 2nd March and nearly 3 weeks later no delivery. Called them 7 times, but apart from first call, they only picked up once when using a different phone. Suspicous. Also emailed and used their online contact form, to no response. They called me once to say they didn't have 6m pipes in stock.

They know full well builders need their drainiage items delivered promptly. It seems they don't have the stock they advertise on their website, which could be fraudulent trading.

Update 3 weeks after order: Items finally delivered without any notice. On same day as replacement items I'd ordered elsewhere and which arrived in 2 days! I've increased to 3 stars as products are cheap and I actially received them, but that's a very generous rating and anyone needs to think carefully before ordering.

I advise to order weeks in advance and only suits those willing to take a risk in exchange for low price. With such a poor customer service, there has to be doubts about this company's viability.
