I’ve ordered from Skroutz.gr twice—first a Xiaomi robot vacuum and then Gatorade. I live in Bulgaria, and both orders from Greece arrived without any problems. Everything was excellent both times. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with the customer service from Skroutz Cyprus.

I had a delivery problem and contacted Skroutz expecting help, but I was not offered any practical solution. Instead, I was simply told to cancel my order.

The issue was that the parcel did not fit in the selected locker. If Skroutz allows customers to place an order and choose a locker, customers should not be left responsible when the parcel cannot be delivered because of the locker’s dimensions. Skroutz should have a clear backup process for these situations, such as automatically transferring oversized parcels to a nearby branch, offering an alternative collection point, arranging delivery to another address, or contacting the customer to agree on a solution.

I was even willing to travel from Paphos to Limassol to collect the package myself, but Skroutz did not provide any alternative delivery or collection option.

Communication was also very poor. The phone number provided only leads to an automated message, and my attempts to contact Skroutz through the available channels did not result in useful assistance or a response from a real person.
