I needed moisture in the skin on my face ,, I'm 65.. I loved the way the product itself feels on my skin but I noticed that my face was actually getting dryer from using the H.A. intensifier... which was supposed to add moisture to my skin. My skin looked terrible after a a few weeks getting dryer and dryer as time went on ,, it was even cracking all around my mouth. It took me a little time to realize it was the H.A. intensifier because thats what was supposed to be helping with moisture!! Ultimately I stopped using it and went back to my old products and within a week my skin is back to normal. I'm pretty upset about it as i bought this expensive product in hopes of getting good results... I don't mind spending the money but when products are this expensive I expect to se something that keeps me purchasing it again.. I am waiting to hear about a refund right now,, so we'll see! gotta give this product a big fat ZERO!
The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever seen. The parcel hasn't arrived for the past 2 weeks. I contacted dpd on their behalf, and they clearly said that parcel seems to be lost and skin ceuticals needs to contact them. They keep asking me to wait and refuse to do anything in this matter. On their website they state delivery time 3-5 days, I dont understand how such a delay is my problem? They should contact dpd and sort it out with them and in the meantime issue refund or redeliver parcel.
Bought the entire system ($511!)
Bought the entire system ($511!). Come to find out I’m very allergic to the products. I returned everything over a month ago for a refund and so far have not gotten my refund. My emails go unanswered and when I call I told that it will take “a bit longer”. The calls are all out sourced and they seem to not care at all. Not what I expected from a high end cosmetics company. Very disappointed. Beware!

Same as others; sure wish I had read this first!!! Ordered 8/27; it’s now 2 weeks and I paid $8 for shipping!!! Email tracking # doesn’t work; called automated system, stated it was delivered Yesterday-no! Called live CS, she said would be delivered today; what a bunch of BULL; won’t be ordering again, sure hope I get a refund.
Never received my order
Never received my order. I ordered a serum on the 18th of July. I contacted customer service after 1 week because i never got the track and trace. They sent me the track and trace but the status/information never changed. I emailed them a couple of times but they never responded.
I opened a dispute on paypal, and NOW they emailed me, requesting me to close the dispute so they can refund me (they claim that they can’t do anything while the dispute is open). What a joke.
It’s now the 20th of August. I’ve never experienced a customer service this bad. It’s ridiculous.

I am still waiting for my refund. I sent back the product on June 22nd and received a DPD email that product had been delivered back.
I emailed then to chase for my refund in July and I was told to wait for a week. Nothing happened. I emailed them and they asked me for proof of receipt which I emailed back. No reply. Today I had to call to ask for an update and I was told to call back in 25 calendar days if I haven’t received my feedback. The company is a joke and you can see from the reviews as well, Stay away

If i could give no star i would!!! They false advertised that 15ml sample will be sent if order is over $320, I purchased $402 and the 15ml bottle was not given. i tried emailing several times, no reply, i started chat and the person just merely sent another email. i called several times but each time after long wait the message just say they are busy and dropped the call. i finally got one person to answer after a long wait and after she took my info, she just dropped the line. subsequent call back were not successful. This is the worst customer service. After several tries, i finally got someone on the phone and Karen claimed that they were out of stock and that it's not false advertisement as they can do so. What a load of crab! i told her i do not agree and want to do a refund. She agreed, said she will send an email with the free mail for return. It has been a few days now and no email came through and NOT in my spam box. I did however, receive an email from them saying they are too busy and can't even reply to any emails. No phone , no emails.... this company is not honest.
Skinceuticals Customer Service is the WORST
I purchased CE Ferulic and for the second time in a row they sent me an over-oxidized product. When I called customer service, they said they would send me a new one and that I could send the oxidized one back for a refund. So I emailed them to see when I would receive the new product and they said they don’t do exchanges. I’ve already mailed back the other one and said it should take 30 days. Horrible experience. I expect better for such an expensive product.
Update: after 7 calls to skinceuticals asking where my refund is, two alleged “investigations” they conducted after twice telling me my refund was on the way any not receiving it, and three conversations with reps via the chat, I finally figured out the solution to getting my money. While on the last chat, I provided screenshots of all of their communications with me and told them I needed to speak to a manager. Suddenly, the rep says that she spoke to the manager and given the circumstances, the manager initiated my refund. Seriously? That’s all I had to do? They are the absolute WORST and will never purchase online from them again. Highly recommend that you record your conversations with them and screen shot the chats with the reps, so that you have evidence of their prior promises to you. They can’t get out of not giving you your money back. I finally see the refund in my account and it’s been almost two months of dealing with this.
I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I saw that others had their issues resolved with the BBB even though I solved before BBB needed to.

They do not refund you even if they say they will.
The vitamin c serum I received was clearly oily, sticky, and old. So I asked them for a replacement. They said to return it to them and they would issue a refund within 30 days to my original payment. After 30 days I contacted them and they said it actually takes 45. After 45 days I contacted them and they said I would be notified once a refund was issued. After two months I contacted them and they did not respond. It has now now been 3.5 months and still no refund.
Due to this horrible customer service and fraudulent company I will no longer be purchasing any of there products and I would advise you to do the same.

Spent 3500 thinking the official website would be reliable, found out they were not. They cant be reached and the website shows as if i placed no order even though I was charged, having to work it through with my bank is so annoying I shouldnt have to. Such a luxury brand and the website doesnt work

Tried to contact customer service and wrote a review on their website to warn other buyers and they refused to publish it!
Absolute worst customer service. Reached out the day I received my order to let them know my product had been delivered damaged, even sent a picture. It took them almost 4 weeks to send me a return label. The entire lid was cracked and once they received the bottle which obviously didn’t have much in it because it spilled everywhere, they claimed it had oxidized (obviously it did, it had been over a month of being open!!) and said there was nothing that could be done. I paid $200, didn’t get a product and no refund. Such a joke.
Never received
I contacted support after i did not receive my package in over 2 weeks. The guy says it was delivered in 2nd April, i was like I made the order 24th April, how was it delivered even before ordering. Then he says to contact Australia post as he cannot help me. Looks like the live support people are only there to try and get commission from sales. So disappointed!! Who can help me and how?

My biggest regret is using afterpay, I returned my item weeks ago they confirmed receipt of it via email and refuse to refund me. I raise a dispute with afterpay and they have the audacity to lie and say there’s no record of the return they themselves confirmed. It’s a shame because their site is the only way I can get the product I need in its best form but I guess I will be moving to another competitor now. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Beware! They are Scammers!
I was erroneously subscribed to repeat delivery of a product. Upon receiving a repeat delivery, I contacted the customer service team and returned the item. Several weeks later I had not received my refund so I provided proof of postage which was acknowledged. It is now 6 weeks and I am still making daily calls and sending emails to chase up my £95.

It was such a difficult challenge to order item that I have ordered every year in the last 10 years from your company. Yesterday, I callled about 4 times. I sent emails few times. I placed order on your websites all being rejected.
Finally a girl phoned me back and she said I need a consultation before ordering this same item from your company.
I told her I ordered and used this same item for more than 10 years why i need a consultation to order the same item... She said this is a company policy... RIDICULOUS !!

Worst online purchasing experience I've…
Worst online purchasing experience I've ever had. Bought a product, didn't arrive, the first three days I got a bunch of emails and messages from the company that contradicted each other. Now I have no clue wether my product is on the way, on a warehouse waiting for me to get it, or if I can expect a refund, and I get no answer from customer service. Just terrible.

APPALING customer service
Ordered £300+ of products and the most expensive one was missing from the box. I emailed them straight away as this is the only way you can get in contact with them. 5 days on and no feedback. Absolutely appalling customer service. No recourse at all. Will now have to take this up with Paypal.

Buyer beware of Skinceuticals: terrible customer service
I ordered triple lipid restore from this company - at a cost of $144 for one small tub of cream. The product never arrived the tracking number claimed it was stuck in a UPS depot in Goodyear, AZ. When I emailed customer service to ask what to do, they asked if I wanted a refund or the product, I said I still wanted the product. They referred me to UPS, telling me I had to file a claim. UPS would not respond to my filed claim, stating that they did not have enough information about the package (there is no number to call, all must be done online). I contacted Skinceuticals' customer service several times by phone and was told repeatedly that I had to work with UPS to get the package. Needless to say, I never received it.
Ultimately, it is Skinceuticals' responsibility to provide the produce once I purchased it. As a customer, I had no control over UPS.
