Azienda tremenda che prima ti fa fare ordini, poi li annulla (possibile che un’azienda che si professa di tale livello non sia consapevole del proprio magazzino??), per consolazione ti offre uno sconto che più basso di quello usato inizialmente (fa già ridere così) e infine ti ghosta con l'assistenza clienti.

What a waste of money!

I purchased the Skinceuticals Discoloration serum directly from Skinceuticals but the company will not allow this review to be posted on their site. I've tried twice. I started using the Skinceuticals Discoloration serum religiously with sunscreen from the first day it was received on December 19. It’s been over a month with no change at all. It’s done absolutely nothing for the spots. It’s like applying water. I find it shameful that so many dermatologists are endorsing this product and giving it credibility, when it makes not one iota of difference to the skin. I wish I’d paid attention to the reviews instead of the dermatologists. The product is $110 for 30 ml which after a month’s use is probably at 15 ml. I was advised by Skinceuticals to keep using the product for another 2 months to see results which would amount to another $110 or more. No thanks. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Believe the 1 star reviews because they’re true. If you’re not on a budget like I am and have $110 burning a hole in your pocket, go for it. But just remember that it’s $110 you’ll never get back. Do not waste your money.

DO NOT BUY from the website

DO NOT BUY on their au website. I made an order on the 9th Dec and the tracking showed that they sent it from VIC on the 11th of Dec, it arrived in Perth but somehow returned to VIC. And I am still waiting and today is the 30th of Dec. I tried to contact online customer service but got no replies at all. Now I wonder why the website had trouble using PayPal when I paid. I would claim a refund on PayPal otherwise.

No Delivery of Product and Appalling Customer Service for Such Expensive Products

Title:

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with SkinCeuticals. I placed an order on December 22, 2024 (Order #SKC9714262), and to date, the products have not been shipped within the promised timeframe. This delay means I now run the very real risk of not receiving my order before I travel out of the country for several months. This leaves me with no choice but to simply accept the lack of on-time delivery and let my hard-earned money go to waste. These are expensive skincare products that require timely use, and the company’s inability to meet its commitments or provide solutions makes the entire experience even more frustrating.

Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I was met with the most unhelpful responses I have ever encountered.

The customer service team seems to be in place purely as a facade. They could not provide me with any updates on when my order will be shipped, nor were they able to cancel the order. To make matters worse, they informed me that they couldn’t escalate the issue either. Essentially, they are there to repeatedly state how they cannot help, which is baffling for a company that sells such high-priced products.

Given the cost of SkinCeuticals products, one would expect at least a basic level of customer service. Instead, I was left feeling as though I was gambling with my money by purchasing from them. Not being able to resolve such a fundamental issue leaves me questioning their commitment to their customers.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I would caution anyone considering a purchase from SkinCeuticals to be aware of the lack of support you might receive in case of an issue. For a brand that positions itself as a premium choice, the customer service is shockingly poor.

Really bad customer service. I tried contacting them regarding the missing order , atleast 20 times but it didn’t work. I also sent emails but no one replied. It’s like talking to a wall.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They lack knowledge of their policies and products. I spoke to two people and got different answers. Often, their claims on the website are misrepresentations of products. Unftuanely, the customer service is also insulting and dismissive. I no longer order products from them directly or use their clinic services.

Giving the trouble of ordering from their website, I would suggest order from a third party

Edit: The company finally contacted about the claimed to be missing return and offered refund. I’ve adjusted the rating from one star to three.
Do not buy from their website! I returned two products and they claimed they only received one and refunded only one product. They said they would open an investigation and would let me know but that’s the end of it, never heard from them again! I should read the reviews here first before I ordered. This company is a thief!

Believe the bad reviews

Believe the reviews, worst experience buying from them. If your package is lost they will never follow up or answer your calls. Service is non existing. They don’t respond my e mails or calls. Once the purchase is done whatever happens after they don’t care at all!

Terrible Service and Lack of…

Terrible Service and Lack of Professionalism

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service received from SkinCeuticals/L’Oréal España regarding two recent orders made through their platform:
• Order from December 3, 2024
• Order from December 4, 2024

While the December 4 order was delivered, the December 3 order has yet to arrive, despite paying for express delivery for both.

This experience has been riddled with serious issues:
1. No Tracking Information: I never received any tracking number or updates on the status of my order.
2. Terrible Customer Service: The phone number provided in the chat (900 810 360) doesn’t work. After multiple attempts, I managed to contact another number (900 813 003), only to be told to call 918 370 661, where I was informed they don’t handle orders. This lack of clarity and accountability is unacceptable.
3. Poor Delivery Partner: The delivered order was left at a completely unrelated location (a kebab shop). For premium products at high prices, this is an absolute lack of respect for the customer.

As per Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), companies must provide proper order tracking and an effective customer service channel. The failure to deliver as promised also constitutes a breach of my rights as a consumer.

I demand:
1. Immediate information on the status of my December 3 order.
2. A formal explanation for the lack of tracking and the difficulty in contacting customer service.
3. Compensation for the express delivery service I paid for and corrective measures to prevent such issues in the future.

Until these problems are resolved, I would not recommend SkinCeuticals. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.

This will certainly be my last order. Beware if you value timely delivery and decent customer service!

Online een serum besteld inmiddels 2 weken geleden. Een reactie via het contact formulier krijg je niet en ook telefonisch krijg ik niemand te spreken. Is toch bizar dat een customer service zo werkt? Of eigenlijk niet werkt.

Worst Experience

I love SkinCeuticals products, but I do not recommend ordering through their website. This was my first time ordering online, and the customer service was terrible. I ordered a serum, but it still hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer service three times and received different answers each time, none of which resolved the issue. For such expensive products, I expected much better service. I strongly recommend buying their products from a dermatologist’s office or another trusted retailer instead of their website.

Horrendous

Awful for my first time experience with this company. I really don’t know
how they are still in business with all these negative reviews. I no longer trust them after I tried a sample and ordered that same product just to find that the one they send me is much lighter in color than the actual sample. I mean the difference is huge in color almost like it’s not the same product. I chatted with their customer service and they were so unprofessional the way they handled my concerns. Really ? this is how they treat their customers ? So disgusting. I do not trust them anymore. They can put their products where I think . There’s so many more companies that know how to actually handle a business and with better quality. Samples that don’t match their products… only clowns can pull that one out.

Prodotti magici

Ho effettuato due ordini e mi sono arrivati correttamente e rapidamente .
I prodotti sono ottimi , costano,ma fanno davvero la differenza
Io ho provato il siero con l’acido ferulico (pelle più luminosa meno discromie), il siero multi glycan (rimpolpa )e il contorno occhi advanced eye (lo uso da poco posso dire che idrata bene al momento ).
La texture è davvero bella , non hanno profumo e l’effetto con l’utilizzo costante si vede

I should have read the reviews before I spent 159$ for product I never received. UPS delivered the purchase to another location. I immediately contacted the company and ups. Customer service of this company told me that they won’t refund or send me another product till they contact ups. Back and forth for 10 days been this company and ups, today the company told me that they closed my claim because ups told them it was delivered. I sent them pictures of my place and the place it was delivered to. All they said sorry the claim is closed and if I want I can follow up with ups myself. They got the money and they are telling me to take it up with ups. What kind of the crappie customer service is this. As a company you are responsible to follow up with delivery company. So pretty much they took the money and didn’t care what happened next. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCT, because if this is how they deal with their customers I m not sure if their claim about their product is true

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I placed an order on october 14 and had to contact customer service 5 times making sure it shipped and they kept saying it will ship soon. Today is 22nd now they’re saying their warehouse is closed therefore it will ship after 28th. I needed this order for someone overseas and I will be travelling soon. I asked to cancel and they’re saying that’s not possible either. Customer service keeps apologizing and does not act on solving. I started thinking this is a fake website. Don’t shop online from this website

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Let me join the LONG LIST of awful reviews for this company! I placed an order in mid September. On September 21st I got an email saying it had been shipped. It has still not arrived. For one full month they've been telling me their escalation department is looking into it! Evidently, that department doesn't understand the meaning of the word"escalation!" The customer service department is so blasé about this. Clearly, they cannot care less that they look like absolute crooks! After dismissing me YET AGAIN TODAY, the customer service person had the gall to ask if there was anything ELSE they could help me with. How laughable is that?They haven't helped me with what I asked in the first place!!!

Still waiting for my refund.

I returned an unopened product with all the samples at my own cost, which was delivered to them on Aug. 29. Online reads returns may take up to 15 business days after receiving the return. When I emailed regarding my return, I had to send them the Canada Post tracking number because they couldn’t find my return. Once they knew it, I was told the return could take up to 30 business days.
What kind of policy is this? Up to 30 business days for a return? I won’t be buying Skinceuricles products anymore. Lost me as a customer!

Worst CS ever, shameful of Loreal

While the products have earned a lot of positive reviews, the customer service has been awful.

I bought the products on the website due to a promotion. Right after I received it , another promotion came with extra gifts available. I emailed to ask for the extra gifts given the fact that I can simply return and replace the order, but I did not want to as this is a total waste of my time. The CS simply say the promotion falls under different periods by ignoring the fact that it could post a higher cost for both the business and the customer. Stupid ever business. Don’t waste time with this company directly, go for other merchants which have much better CS. The Australia team is only capable of wholesale but not retail.
