Went to Ski Exchange to get my first pair of ski boots, for the past few trips I have been using rental boots, it was quite a step to get a pair of my own boots but they were worth it.
The guys at Ski Exchange were so patient with putting different boots on and off and on and off! They were very informative which allowed me to know what I was meant to be looking for and feeling to get the right pair. They were then molded and shaped to my feet once I had settled on a pair.
I just got back from a week skiing and the boots were amazing, I didn't think they could make such a difference. But my feet felt warm and fresh all week long, the boots fitted great and caused no pain or discomfort unlike previous rentals.

Fifth pair of boots fitted by the ski exchange for my family; they always do a good job of moulding the boots to your feet and are always happy to make after-sale adjustments when necessary. Recommended.

Had to have two pairs of ski bindings re-drilled recently having been mounted incorrectly. Ski Exchange were immensely helpful, had quick turnaround time and at a very sensible price. Excellent ski workshop.

Fantastic service with great attention to detail. I know that after my new boot fitting that I can ski with confidence and get the best out of my ski holiday. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and they are experts that care about giving the best customer service.

As usual great customer service. I look forward to collecting my skis in early March after their half service. As well as trying out my new gloves on the slopes.

There was no option to put in someone under age 18.

Accidentally bought dome skis thst didnt come with bindings. After being turned away by numerous ski shops, I found these guys who were able to sell and fit some bindings at very short notice in time for my trip. Good ski shops are feeq and far between in the UK so I'm chuffed I've found this one. They provided a great friendly service and I'll definitely be going back and recommending them to friends and family.

Very good experienced staff members who have alot of pride in their jobs and make sure everything is done to perfection for the customer. They are all very knowledgeable on the whole subject of skiing and know what is best for the customer if you are not sure yourself. Very kind I even got offered drinks while my boots were being fitted.

Travelled from the Midlands for a boot fitting and although very busy I had an excellent service from Simon. He took on all feedback with the various boots and I didn't at any time feel rushed.
