i order a scoot and one week later the scoot not arrived

Couldn't be happier. SkatePro had the best price for the inline skates I wanted. It also qualified for free shipping. Placed my order on the site, got a tracking number for updates and a week later received my skates. What more can you ask for.

this company is pretending to be a Canadian company, then the orders get shipped from Denmark, and then you get destroyed by import fees

I spoke to the rudest customer service person ever called Eigo who just laughed at me and mocked me

Trottinette freestyle de très bonne qualité, dommage que le transporteur soit GLS la livraison était longue et très compliqué pour réussir à avoir mon colis. Obligé de retiré deux étoiles. A cause du transporteur je ne commanderais plus sur ce site dommage …

Ordered a hub driver, they sent the wrong one in the box of the correct one. The second time this happened to me. I didn't bother returning it since there are no more stores that sell that part.

everything is ok from skatepro, i was not at home when the order arrived the box had a small hole and a small piece was missing from the sunday handle. just one missing I will order in color in the next weeks. tank's

I purchased a pair of inline skates from skate pro. I was relectant to buy it online as this is tricky to purchase online as you can't test the comfort of the boots until you receive them. They had a 365 days return policy, all I had to pay was $19 return if I did not like them, so I went ahead.. upon receiving the skates,I tried them in my appartement and roll back & forth just a bit to get a feel of them. I did not enjoy the comfort, so I decided to return them. I got an email confirming that they had received the inline skates but that they will be deducting $20 because they were used and they could no longer b selles as new. Im sorry , but I did not used them. I only tried them in my appartement. The issue is that the wheels are white and there was dust on the hardfloors of my appartement so the wheels got a bit of grey dust. A damp cloth and the dust marlk would be gone. Also they attached a picture of one of my hair caugt in the wheel. The hair can simply be removed, it does in no ay mean that it was used. Whoever lives with a somebody that has long hair knows thai hair sheds a lot and in this case a hait got stuck and nunfortunatly I did not see it and did not remove it before sending it back. I really wish I could attach the pic to see how light of dust there was on the wheel. I think it's clear that there was no usage outdoors I just simply tried them at home. I f I had purchased those in store, the whells also would have some luight sust from people trying it on at the store. I wrote to them back, explaining thte situation and asked to kindly refund me the whole amount. I have not heard back from them. This is really bad customer service. I will not purchase from them again, even if the item is cheaper. I prefer to paya bit more and get good service .

Vélo (Mafiabike) acheté neuf il y a deux ans chez Skatepro (réception du vélo en mauvais état, cadre rayé, cintre et pédales idem) Skatepro nous a remboursé 50€ de bon d’achat pour qu’on le garde.
Un peu plus d’un an après le moyeu de la roue arrière commence à sauter sur les reprises de pédalage en wheeling. De pire en pire jusqu’au moment où l’on arrive à ne plus pouvoir pédaler , car plus d’accroche au pignon sur le moyeu de la roue arrière.
Je re-contacte Skatepro qui après maintes et maintes échanges, photo, vidéos du problème, me disent que ce n’est pas pris en garantie. Le vélo finit au garage et ne sert plus car inutilisable.
Il y a un mois, je les recontactes pour ce coup ci essayer de trouver une solution pour le réparer et la re-belote ils me font croire qu’ils vont essayer de faire quelque chose pour passer le problème en garantie, alors que à la base, je n’avais rien demandé je voulais juste payer pour racheter les pieces pour réparer mon vélo. Et là pareil ils me redemandent les photos les vidéos etc…. Tout ça pour me dire rapprocher vous de votre réparateur local, ils sont quand même culotté de vendre des vélos et une fois cassé allez le faire réparer chez un réparateur à côté de chez vous!!! Je rêve
Pour moi c’est une société d’incompétent, de beaux parleurs, et qui ne pense qu’à faire de l’argent sur notre dos sans aucun services, ni l’honnêteté de de dire quel est le vrai problème( pièces détachées inexistantes car vélo chinois vendu au prix fort sur le Marché Européen)

Over a month since I ordered my skates now and still no refund after they never arrived. Never known customer service like it. Iv even emailed proof that I order the exact same skates from someone else after they failed me. Nobody cares in customer service just say the same dribble every time.
