The customer support is really good when you need it…and I’ve hardly ever needed it, which I guess is a good sign! Ivelin helped with my renewal quickly and easily.

SiteGround scores highly on technical execution but falls short on standard inclusion. On the positive side, their support team proved exceptionally competent, pinpointing the exact malicious mu-plugins script causing our lockout and correcting flawed external advice regarding server IP changes. The granular traffic logs they provided were top-tier, allowing us to identify the targeted plugin vulnerabilities immediately.

However, two distinct negatives hold them back. First, to protect their shared server environment, SiteGround immediately blocks your site the moment a traffic spike occurs without advance notice, translating a DoS attack into instant downtime. Second, deep malware remediation is gated behind a paid "Expert Care" security upsell rather than being a built-in hosting feature.

Overall, they offer excellent forensic engineering and highly accurate technical advice during a crisis, but expect aggressive account restrictions and additional fees to fully clean up a compromised site.

The best hosting with awesome customer service I came across. I hope I will be able to afford it going forward. They always try to help. The customer support is amazing. And they are very patient. Everything is straightforward, and they also have some great tutorials and trainings. And everything is pretty seamless.

I had a very positive experience with SiteGround while working on a WordPress website migration from an old hosting provider. The process involved some technical issues with backups, file limits and slow performance on the previous hosting, but SiteGround’s support was clear, professional and helpful.

They explained the available options, guided me through the migration process and made the technical side much easier to understand. The dashboard is also well organised and much easier to work with compared to my previous hosting provider.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the support and the service so far.
