Ordered 2 months ago, 1 item arrived and does not look anything like the picture, material is very cheap!
You’re better off ordering from shein or Temu!
I ordered 3 dresses £40 each! One arrived and no reply from the company at all!

Iv basically been robbed for £120!!!!

More importantly, we checked your ID on our system, and strangely, there was no order under the name of "Laurel Francis". And there was no order that is 120 GBP under "Laurel" or "Francis". Therefore, we wonder if your order was indeed placed on Sisterparty.

This page is a joke

This page is a joke! Their product are so low quality! They don’t look even close as in the picture. They take forever to arrive . Come form china . And then say the return is in between 30 days . But you have to wait for them to answer a email that off course they never replay to . So it make it impossible for people to return .. I but 15 dresses and from all the pieces I probably like 2, I want to return but not answer. Don’t buy anything there.
No good at all.
I guess they won’t answer the email or at least not in the next 30 days so I can’t return it .

This company is a huge red flag

Their website is a huge red flag, they also sell the same exact items as outcast. They asked me to enter my email to give me a coupon code, and there was no coupon code. I went to ex out and tried again, nothing. Thank god I didn't place my order.

EDIT: The company is an ACTUAL SCAM. They copy all product images from outkast, fashion nova, white fo and more!!! this company will should be shut down!!!!

I specifically didn’t order any items on preorder because I needed it ASAP, after I placed the order and it was taking so long they then all of a sudden said pre-order. Your staffing issue isn’t a good enough response for poor customer service. You have cancelled the other two items but you’re asking ME to PAY to send back the cheap and awful quality dress you have sent me or you are offering me an £8 partial refund?!?! Your customer service emails aren’t even grammatically correct and you don’t even address customers by their name. You have sent an item that isn’t as described and therefore you should offer a full refund and refund the postage costs as this is your error not mine.

Estoy editando mi reseña de hace un tiempo atrás. Me ha llegado todo lo que pedí, pero por separado. La calidad es muy buena y vale la pena lo único malo es que tarda mucho en llegar y en mi caso que pedí 8 prendas me llegaron por separados. Por el resto tanto en calidad y diseño muy bien. Would allow refunds/returns

Will not allow you to return items to get your money back. They duplicated my order which was over $400 will not send me a return label. It’s just a circle of emails with no help.
Placed a separate order, the item is out of stock. Will they refund it? They said pick another item for same price.
Stay away from this company.

Please note that the ad says "✈ FREE SHIPPING on order over US $89". Your order, #SP00145148, was $82.98. it was not until you paid for the shipping that your order was over the amount.

I also noticed that the third item had been ordered independently and had not been added to order # SP00145148 by you. This means it is an entirely new order with a new order ID, # SP00145150. This was the reason why you were charged for the shipping twice. We suggest you order everything once to enjoy free shipping.

Regarding the response, we responded to you within 3 hours after you reached out, which was pretty fast a reply. As for the cancellation, the support team also canceled the order as you requested and refunded you the money as soon as within one day though it was at the weekend. Therefore we would like to clarify that we are not a scam.

waiting for an update for delivery, no indication on website to warn me before ordering of the extremely long delivery/processing time, anywhere from 10-28 working days which would of completely impacted me spending what I did with this company as I need outfit options for an event at the end of the month
I completely understand things take time to ship around the world and not every brand has the ability to offer next day delivery etc, but I would expect clear and transparent delivery information
now I am hearing reviews that refunds/returns take equally the same length of time this is deeply saddening

Avoid company they are scammers.

This is a scam company. I ordered 2 items. Neither fit and 1 looked silly. I requested an exchange but they offered a fraction of payment as well as I pay for return shipping. Never again will I shop here
