TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

Suéter party una marca que me pareció bastante interesante de probar. Solo ha sido un descontento. He pedido 3 piezas de las cuales.

Dos llegaron, un sigue sin llegar. Pero que las dos que han llegado no corresponden en talla.
Si bien los tejidos no parecen de mala calidad , de que me sirve esperar tanto tiempo? para nada. No recomendaría comprar aquí.

Ahora bien me gustaría saber cómo realizar la devolución de mi pedido. Y por supuesto el paquete pendiente no lo deseo, he escrito emails pero sin respuesta. Como era de suponer. Mi pedido es: YT2435421403018724

If I could give this company a zero…

If I could give this company a zero star I would . Super small sizing and when wanting to return asked for pictures in a bikini . Totally unprofessional. Then asked me if I would take a part refund . Ignores emails . 1 million percent will never waste my money by shopping on here again . AVOID !

Very disappointed in my purchase

Very disappointed in my purchase. My mom fell in love with a sweatshirt, I really hesitated ordering, I went ahead and ordered. The sweatshirt came, it looks nothing like the picture. The product I received looks like a polyester type material with all the coloring and design stamped on the material. I sent an email for a refund a week ago and have still yet to hear anything back. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Ordered 2 dresses and a mystery box

Ordered 2 dresses and a mystery box. Received the mystery box and nothing else. Keep emailing and they tell me it's delivered, and tell me to contact UPS. UPS has no idea what should be in the package. Can't seem to get what I paid for. Still no dresses. Should have gone with my gut on this when I read the other reviews about terrible service and not receiving what is ordered. Insult to injury just spoke with the postal service that the one package I received had counterfeit postage on it, and it came from China to the U.S. and had another return label placed over it. So NO, it is not two sisters from South Africa!

avoid buying on this site. copy the image from their site on Aliexpress and buy for 1/4 of the price. scam company terrible aftersales and you do not gain any benefit from buying through them. i am glad that i ordered through credit card and they helped me get a refund. absolutely horrible company!

Update:
As you can see generic nonsense as reply to my review to make it look like they are genuine. Just avoid them to lose your money and buy their product direct from Ali or go for quality brands.

Ne commander pas sur ce site, délai non respecté, avant de commander sur ce site j'ai discuté avec le service client sur le délai de livraison de commande.
