Great team and product
My team loves SingleOps. Our account manager was very knowledgeable and patient with helping us set up the account. It's easy to use and works really well in the field.
Good start but lots of room for improvement
The reporting needs to improve greatly. It doesn’t currently offer analytics in a way that is user-friendly and Acceptable for sales and productivity. Largest improvement should come in the form of an app that is downloadable. It is very frustrating to use a desktop version through a mobile device. There also seems to be many glitches that are difficult to have addressed quickly.

Amazing Software With A Wonderful Support Team
We have used multiple types of software for our industry and this is by far the best on the market. Our entire team was able to learn and implement the product without a huge learning curve. This is not only because of the product but the support team behind it. SingleOps has streamlined our processes and given our team members the tools they need to succeed. Other software companies should be put on notice - SingleOps is evolving daily and is going to be a necessary tool in our industry.
A great all-in-one CRM system
Our company uses SingleOps as our all-in-one CRM system, and each division uses the platform in different ways. Our sales team uses SingleOps to schedule lead appointments, draft and issue proposals, and follow up with current and potential customers. Our office staff uses SingleOps to input and distribute sales leads, schedule accepted proposals, send invoices, and compile sales reports. These are some of the everyday ways we use SingleOps, but there's a lot more the application can do. This platform does a great job of creating a cohesive system for every division of our business.
Another thing to note about SingleOps is their customer service team. Every rep we've worked with has been very responsive and worked diligently to solve any issues that arose on our end, all while keeping us in the loop every step of the way. We are excited to see where SingleOps grows in the future!

The new tree service software was just what we needed to make our growing company look more professional. I love the pins feature to clarify bids.

Highly Recommend
For the most part, SingleOps is a VAST improvement over the software we were using - routing, scheduling, invoicing, paperless capabilities, time sheet tracking, etc. are all amazing. However, accounting and reporting leave something to be desired. Although I will say, they are always willing to review suggestions. I feel they have a strong drive to produce a superior product, and therefore realize that their users have valuable input. Overall I highly recommend.

Best one out there
Our company tried 2 other tree care softwares before SingleOps and they were both awful. I was really hesitant to try SingleOps after all that, but after a couple months it was obvious that it was helping our business. I love how configurable it is and the support is top notch. Best thing out there for a tree care business!

Great customer service! Quick setup and easy to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because it lacks the flexibility to create custom workflows. Overall, highly recommend.
