Surprising to me is that if a person has common sense, they wouldn’t choose this fraudulent hosting service.. No ethics, no support—they are only working for money. I believe at most two people are behind this hosting company. My feedback is based on my personal experience with this service.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with UnlimitedGB. I contacted their help desk because I was unable to log into my cPanel, and the support I received from Steve was absolutely unacceptable. There is nothing like unlimited data, they only show. If we use above 5GB they add penalty

From the outset, Steve was unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping me with my login issue, he questioned why my domain was pointed to GoDaddy's name servers, which was completely irrelevant to my problem. When I explained that I was unable to log in, he immediately threatened to terminate my account due to excessive resource usage, without even investigating the issue properly.

Steve's tone was condescending and accusatory throughout the entire chat. He accused me of misusing the server, threatened to delete my domain, and even demanded a $25 penalty for "misusing" the server. He didn't listen to my explanations and dismissed my requests to download my backup before taking any drastic actions.

Overall, this was a horrible customer service experience. Steve's behavior was unprofessional, and the company's policies on resource usage and account termination are excessively harsh and unreasonable. I would not recommend UnlimitedGB to anyone. If you want reliable hosting and decent customer service, look elsewhere.

Great pricing on their reseller accounts. Also, probably the friendliest and most helpful team I've ever met in hosting. Within a matter of minutes my hosting package had been transferred and the timing was excellent.

After some initial problems with the settings we contacted the support team and received a super quick response which was really helpful and solved the issue. We have never had any problems using this service, and the pricing for the managed server packages are fair and transparent.

When I started using Unlimited GB's services I did have some issues with them but they resolved them . I was satisfied. In future too I would look forward for their products.

Have been hosted here since few years. So far don't have any problem, server quite stable and price is reasonable. Will continue use it.
