I couldn't imagine ever looking for another software company. Easy to use, GREAT customer communication. Helpful links emailed regularly and ALWAYS available for questions when they arrive. LOVE, LOVE this company!

I had no idea how much I was going to LOVE SingleOps! I know every software has bugs, glitches, disappointing things you don't like but I have been impressed with every aspect of this software and this company! From the sales team to implementation to customer service, they have exceeded my expectations. The software itself is easy to use and flexible. Every crew member on our team thinks it's great! I am looking forward to learning how to use more of the features and all the enhancements coming up. If they never changed anything else, I would still be a forever client with exactly how it is now. So happy and relieved to work with a vendor that cares and a product that works!

SingleOps has helped Capital Land Management (CLM) keep track of all our moving parts that a full service landscape company of Florida has.
CLM a company that has been growing each year consistently, found a software that can track time, material, create proposals, store contracts, send contract, track emails and allow our clients to remotely sign proposals easily.
Our field employees have found it easy to follow our managements designs for installing new landscape with all the excellent features SingleOps has for map pinpointing and attaching pictures to work orders.
Our clients love that they can get a visual and follow along the proposal much easier that before.
As far a billing program, we found that we can be more consistent in our bids by eliminating operator error on pricing with most items being fixed and easily changed during price increases.

Although like every software they is never a perfect fit, this program has more than accommodated our business and allowed us to be more streamlined in the field instead of behind the desk.

SingleOps is incredible! Because it has streamlined aspects of my job, I have become more efficient and now have more time to focus on other big projects.

I love the tag system, notes section (for each individual job a customer has), and the tasks that can be associated with any job. SingleOps is everything I didn't know I needed.

The sales reps, customer service team, and success managers are all lovely, and very responsive to any and all questions.

Best doesn't even come close to describing what SingleOps customer service and tech support have done for our company, Arborist Now Inc. Spectacular! Diligent! and most important, Communicative! Getting into OR transferring into a new CRM isn't easy, it requires time and patience which SingleOps clearly got in the back of their bone, supported by their collective team. Our feedback were heard, some were already in progress, and some are... let say not so pragmatic to execute immediately, but the feedback were heard and communicated back with alternate input in a professional timely manner. They have that "the customer is always right" mindset. We advocate SingleOps.

Excellent software, user friendly, would recommend for any green business

Tried to contact the owner to get a demo of the product. We scheduled a call to show me the software but he never called me. I've sent multiple emails and never got any answers... I am extremely disappointed

SingleOps has single-handily changed our tree business! The entire process from the start was seamless, the team was knowledgeable, went above and beyond to make sure we understood the software. Since implementing SingleOps, we’ve become much more efficient. Overbooking is a thing of the past! We’re converts and never looking back! We tried a couple other softwares and nothing comes close to what they offer, it’s everything you need in one place!

When our company committed to becoming new Single Ops users, we knew that we would have to go through and GROW through some changes! As we started learning how to use the system, the implementation process was key, and exceeded our expectations! Cam Glaeser was our specialist, and he listened to what we needed, and then custom fit the service to give us a system that works for us!

SingleOps has been incredibly helpful in making sure our customer service and organization of tree services stays sharp. Their support team is quick to respond and resolve any questions. There is a learning curve, but once you get into it it's a wonderful tool. SingleOps is always taking suggestions from users to better implement tools and features as well. I'm excited to see what the future holds for SingleOps and my company.

Our Experience with Single Ops has been outstanding. It has been very good for my tree service company. I am able to write my estimates in minutes.

SingleOps has been a great company and great product to work with. The program allows a user to be intuitive unlike many I have used. You can perform necessary actions from different areas so you don't have to backtrack.

SingleOps was amazing in the beginning but 1.5 years in and customer service is impossible to get ahold of. The sync with Quickbooks online threw our books off last year, and the staff is unable to help us fix it for this upcoming year. The credit card processor they stick you with is awful. Worst of all they used my previous review on here with a picture of myself without my consent at a trade show. Really displeased and searching for other software.

Single ops is constantly updating software to meet our companies needs. It is taylor made to use specificity!

I have used other software through the years for tree care for scheduling and information of client history. And SingleOps by far is great. It's nice all information is in 1 spot. You don't have to run around looking all over for information.
