SIMP Services - Boiler Installation and Bathrooms Anmeldelser 

I had new boiler and radiators fitted last Friday 26.04.24 - Eco4 scheme - 3 radiators are leaking.
Plasterers left so many unfinished/unsatisfactory jobs a week ago and haven’t been back as yet.
I spoke to Ralph about this on Tuesday and he promised me he would contact the teams and get back to me. 2 days on despite me sending numerous emails and telephone messages I have heard nothing. I have tried calling the landline but unfortunately unable to leave a message as the mailbox is full!!!
30 May - update
Still awaiting unfinished/unsatisfactory jobs to be sorted. Have 7 leaking radiators, unfinished walls and skirting boards etc etc. Awaiting independent assessors report.
I wish I had never chosen this company!

Kelly and the team have made this process very smooth. Everyone has been so helpful...the guys on site couldn't have been more professional and did an amazing g job. Thankyou everyone.

Jessica Bartlett was very helpful and answered every question I had and was very quick in sorting things out

Hi I just wanted to thank Jake the surveyor and Ralph and Jessica they really helped me through this hardship I been having with boiler and heating systems. Specially with 4 kids without a boiler they really supported me. I must say they are very professional and efficient at their job and all very friendly. Also big thank you to Phil the manager to. The young lad Jake massive thanks to him he's very friendly nice person bless him. And thanks Ralph for supporting me from the beginning.

Just had a new Worcester bosch boiler, hive thermostat and electronic radiator thermostats all supplied and fitted for free via the ECO4 grant.The 2 guys that fitted it i cannot praise them highly enough. The company is absolutely fantastic and can't fault them. Highly,highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Surveys carried out efficiently and we were kept informed throughout.
Work carried out quickly and efficiently with Simp onsite at all times to ensure the work is satisfactory.
Solar Heating is proving extremely efficient and is reducing my electricity costs even at the beginning of winter.

Avoid this company if you're having any work done under the ECO4 scheme. Was promised by a guy called Ralph that communication would be excellent throughout. He was absolutely brilliant a top salesman however, found the reality is that the moment they ran into a problem he never answered the phone again. No work completed. Heading into winter without heating now. Made multiple promises over several months and the end result is I am going to have to start all over again. This time I will use a company with experience with this grant scheme as this company were completely at a loss with how to navigate the grant application. Only realised afterwards they have a single mobile number to contact the whole 'company"
Seems like if the reviews are genuine they are fine if you're paying upfront. But definitely avoid if you are trying to access the ECO 4 scheme and use an experienced company instead.

The team were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, tidy & ensured everything was installed to the agreed spec. There was a glitch with registering the system with my DNO which was also sorted quickly and without fuss once I highlighted this. Overall a very good experience.

all the lads were great and reliable. wasn't really a standard system being installed and they knew what they were doing consistently. helped bleed out what I thought was some dead radiators too.

only minor inconvenience I had was the installation of the smart hub but that's mainly down to the manufacturer of our boiler

Helpful knowledgeable friendly staff, they carried out all work as specified. I am happy with the new panels which are performing well and the savings are a big help.

Boiler timer was supplied and fitted per the agreed schedule with no inconvenience to us. The work performed was professional and the work place was kept clean.

Had solar panels and battery installed, team were great.
Fitters actually fixed a roof tile when they spotted it had slipped, and electricians worked hard to fix an unseen problem with the battery.

Great communication, fantastic job, decent price and genuine care taken in follow up. Highly recommend.

Installed boiler July 2022, work wasnt completed correctly return visits were required. Not quite the promise of high quality job their website promises but gave them benefit of doubt.

Ralph Watson ( Director ) advised before booking that as Simp Services Limited were an approved Vaillant Installer our bolier would would have an additional 5 year warranty on top of Vaillant 5 years. Turns out this was a lie as come December 2022 we still hadn't heard from Vaillant to confirm warranty registered, contacted them to find out Simp Services Limited haven't registered extended guarantee and cannot as they are not an approved Installer. Goes from bad to worse when we then find out they haven't registered the job with Gas Safe ( they are legally required to do this within 30 days) something Ralph had guaranteed was being handled. Also means not registered for building regs.

To top it all off their website claim of a years workmanship guarantee is worth nothing as you cannot even get them to return a call, e-mail, whatsapp or Messenger message.

We now have a leak on the system due to their workmanship and no way to get it fixed as the boiler is not properly registered ( no engineer will touch it).

Any positive reviews you see on sites should be treated with suspicion as these are NOT in any way a reputable company.
