I work as a subcontractor occasionally for The Better Home Company and find them fair, honest and thorough. A lot of companies in London cut corners and try to get jobs done cheaply while giving the customer the impression that the job has completed to a higher standard than it really has. With this company, you get exactly what you pay for.

The front door of the flat was sticking and the lock was broken. The man came, showed his expertise in solving the front door issues, and fixed these issues very quickly. He even cleaned the floor after processing the wooden door frame which was not expected by me. Overall, the person is really nice and professional and I would definitely recommend this company if you need to repair the front door in your flat.

Stewart is remarkable. The new loo looks (and is!) great. He put a great deal of very skilful, pleasant, conscientious work on this - actually leaving one day in the early morning while we were away! - and we are grateful to him and your company.

The flushing mechanism of three of our toilets broke down. One of them was encased in a partition wall with very limited access. We thought that opening part of the wall would be necessary but Jarek, who was sent by Better Home, managed to replace the flushing mechanism without this. He also carefully investigated a suspected small leak at one of the toilets and repaired it. Jarek has been overall very professional, friendly and efficient. We are very happy with the overall experience and result.

Had a great experience with Stewart who has visited a few times to repair different things in the flat and has always been very professional, friendly and competent.
