Great Customer Service
I recently had a query regarding tickets for the 2027 MotoGP. I filled in the online query form and had a response within a couple of hours. Nicky handled all of my questions regarding not be able to book at the advised price and escalated the issue to the IT team to confirm that the issue won't occur again.
Nicky then called me to check confirm that the issue was sorted and that I was able to see the tickets.

Fantastic experience at the 2026 Moto GP, booked early bird tickets for 2027 then realised had booked the wrong seats. Emailed Silverstone, the following day Val rang me from the circuit and sorted it all, no problem. Fantastic service - can’t wait for 2027

Love coming but why put up scratch card stuff on monitor’s when I want to watch race. I’d pay moored if you left out send in your picture, scratch card stuff and stopped motor bikes Revving up when they interviewed the winning riders.

Accessibility team MotoGP 26
What a great experience we had at MOTOGP 26. Excellent support from all accessibility staff from booking tickets , parking and venue. Helpful, friendly and supportive made us feel very welcome and valued. Would recommend any one with disabilities getting in touch with the accessibility team they are knowledgeable, professional and aid to meet you’ve needs to make the experience the best it can be . Big shout out to Dee at Abby who did a brilliant job .

Silverstone support were great!
Silverstone support were great - we didn't manage the Supercar experience this time round due to ill health but received a full refund, for which we were most grateful. We will be back as soon as we can!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I bought a place in the silverstone half marathon with a few of my friends. My friends' Silverstone accounts showed their tickets, but my account was empty. After a few weeks, I enquired to ask what was going on (to check if I needed to do anything) and received an unhelpful/sarcastic reply.

Amazing Day & Venue
We went to our first MotoGP and first visit to Silverstone. What a day!
Respect to all the riders and teams. Quite unbelievable when you see them from trackside. Goosebumps every time they flew past us.
The venue and organisation was excellent!
I contacted the support team (in particular, Sharon) a few times due to a couple of issues I had with my car breaking down and the parking registration. They responed and resolved the issues immediately.
Upon arrival at Silverstone the stewards for parking were spot on, no delays and plenty of room.
The facilities and staff around the circuit were all excellent, much better than expected. Despite being very busy, there was lots of space. Plenty of benches and tables, food and drinks at reasonable prices.
Lots of other things to see and do. Games for kids. Bike shows. Simulators etc etc
The perfect day out and can't wait for the next one. Already booked it!
