This company was great to deal with. It was shipped quickly, even though it was coming from Hong Kong, once it shipped it was here in two days. The product was exceptional. Very well designed and thought out. I would recommend to anyone I meet. I do not fill out reviews on products, but this one warranted it.

Radio is very good and showed up in Canada when they said it would. In stock means in Hong Kong not UK. A good experience.

Got a stereo for my 2018 Elantra. Super easy install and everything was included! Plug and pay. Took 30 mins to install. Highly recommended.

I purchased the 1880 Model Radio for my 2007 Volvo XC90. I've spent over $600 for this unit and it doesn't come with a Users Guide or Installation Manual. The add on you web page indicated this was a Plug & Play. Sounds simple enough. 1st Issue: It took an extremely long time to receive the unit. 2nd issue: There is no documentation (User/Installation) manual for this unit. For $600+ there should be a user/installation manual. 3rd Issue: The harness to adapt it to the original car radio is convenient, bur there numerous additional wiring that has labels but no way knowing if I need them now or for future add-ons. 4th Issue: I connected the new unit with the provide harness, the new unit powers up, but I have no sound. Yes, I have it on AUX IN on the car radio. This is were a installation manual would be helpful. 5th Issue: starting at 8:54 AM, I've sent 2 emails, It's now 2:06 PM. It's been 5 hours and I haven't got a reply as of yet. 6th Issue: The documentation on Sigma website states, with the new harness, you will maintain the same Steering Wheel controls you had with your original radio, it does not work. 7th Issue: This unit is suppose to be an upgrade to the original radio, There doesn't seem to be a AM/FM radio on it. No Radio Icon.... Again, an installation manual would be nice. Note: I've been a technician for over 20+ years (Automotive and Computers) I know how to troubleshoot, but with any new product, it's nice to have documentation for troubleshooting the issues.

Fantastic transaction. They were super quick with communication before buying the product, answering questions i had and making sure i got the correct stuff. Then after the purchase i ran into an issue. I got a response on less than 24 hours with someone addressing my issue and even sending me photo reference on my question so i knew exactly what i missed. Product was also exactly as described and work perfectly. Could not ask for any more out of this company and i will not hesitate to buy from them again.

I bought this head unit for my daughters car and she’s thrilled with it. Excellent Customer service from Khan. I sent him numerous emails when I was installing the unit and he replied within the hour, even though it was the weekend. Wireless CarPlay takes a while to connect but not a problem if you use the USB port. Now looking to buy another for my car.

It was easy to install and worked perfectly. Would like to see an operators manual though.

Fraudsters. Package was meant to be sent from depot in Birmingham but it was being sent from China which never left and FedEx confirmed company never posted just made dispatch label and now company not responding.

Great store for head unit upgrades for your car. The owner is very helpful and knowledgable. Radio arrived quickly and had all the components necessary for a fast, easy installation. Huge improvement from our clunky muddled sounding factory radio. Will buy from sigma car stereo next time we need to upgrade.

Excellent product at a great price with service to match.

Purchased an Android radio for FIAT and it works perfectly. Decent 4GB of RAM is enough to keep Android working smooth. Wiring harness was included so installation was easy and fast. Touchscreen works perfectly. High quality plastics. But before purchasing, keep in mind that additional custom taxes and local VAT will be included unpon arrival (this is not indicated in their e-store). This was a bit disapointing. But in my case it was worth paying.
