So far, always good to their service, the best in the businesse.

I was a long time user of the service. Recently I was late with a payment (due on 16th November - paid including a late fee on December 2nd)

I was advised by the most recent email from the company that my service was suspended until this was paid which was fair. I paid the balance only to find my service had actually been terminated and my station fully lost. I was told I would have to start again

At no point was I informed the service was terminated only suspended.

Beware not to miss a payment - they are ruthless and will undo years of work over a late payment

I’m truly impressed with with Streamerr and it’s customer service. They respond promptly and they show concern. Once u get the hang of it it’s all great from there.
