I have been using streamer for many years. The service is rock solid and the service has improved since the shoutca.st days. They now offer a lot more products. Gregory is always very helpful and responds to emails when I have any support issues.

I would highly recommend Streamer to anyone who wants to stream there radio with them.

Not much to say: streaming service works perfectly ALL the time. You get an answer within literally minutes. Well priced. What else do you need!

The team have been great to work with and in a fast developing industry thats not always been easy for them.

I have had custom development needs and Matthew Eyles has worked through my requirements and nailed the final result.

Good prices, good service. This was my original post Aug 22. But this has since changed.
It came up for renewal, so I’d paid the subscription then tried to log in, but it said I wasn’t registered. I was in a desperate hurry as I was due on air in the next 15 mins! So I just paid another subscription to try and get things going and sort it out later. That failed as well.
Got in touch with a Radio Station to explain the dilemma, and they just hooked me to their server and I was up and running.
Contacted Shoutca.st and just asked for my money back. They explained that they’ll refund one but not the other, because I’m contracted! I explained that I have yet to connect because you won’t allow me to!! They still said no! So I threatened to take them to court. They refunded the money and banned me from using the service!
1 star for the most appalling service!

Across the pond they are eager to please, and that they do. I have been with Shoutca.st since 2017 and I love the service they provide. Awesome servers that handle allot of listeners with ease, super easy interfaces and pretty cheap compared to what I've seen shopping around.

I have been using this service since 2015, and I love it.
