The owner tries to bill you every month two weeks before the invoice is due - we've asked him not to take money from our credit card until the invoice is due.

Instead of treating his customers like they matter, he resorts to juvenile vindictive behavior. It's beyond ridiculous, you don't extract payment until the payment is due! it's that simple.

And he somehow thinks that being in Europe gives him some kind of iron clad protection, it doesn't without much trouble we found a new provider and now ourselves are selling the service.

Been with streamerr for years with our radio, any issues are quickly and promptly dealt with, customer service is great, always have the answers to any queries i have. Have had very little downtime over the years and the pricing is very reasonable. Will not be moving anytime soon. Keep up the good work team!

My Experience with Streamerr – Highly Recommended!

I moved to Streamerr a four years ago after experiencing ongoing problems with my previous provider, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my station.

Throughout that time, I’ve had no problems or issues whatsoever. In fact, quite the opposite! The team has always been on hand to help, going out of their way to provide support whenever needed. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and consistently professional, which makes a real difference when running a radio station.

More recently, Streamerr migrated us from Centova Cast to the new Streamerr Panel, and I have to say, it’s been a real game-changer!

The new panel offers a modern, user-friendly interface, a wider range of features and a much more streamlined experience. It’s easy to navigate and makes managing the station simpler and more convenient.

If you’re still using Centova Cast and have the opportunity to move to the new Streamerr Panel, I’d strongly recommend giving it a try. It’s a significant improvement in my experience, and I’m really pleased with the move.

Excellent support after a rough start

My first impression was mixed because my service was not provisioned automatically after payment, so I had to open a support ticket.

However, the support experience has been outstanding. Aaron responded very quickly, acknowledged the issue immediately, extended my service by a week, and resolved every problem without blaming the customer or sending generic troubleshooting steps.

I am now successfully connected and broadcasting.

It is still too early for me to judge the long-term reliability of the streaming service itself, so I will update this review after using it for a few weeks. But based on my support experience alone, I am very impressed.

Been with this wonderful service for almost 10 years. I recently needed a new website for my radio station and the help I received from the tech team at Streamerr was perfect as always. Just a great team with top values.

There was a glitch in the player. The support team was on it right away. The glitch disappeared by itself, but the support team intends to use time on checking it out anyway. Professionalism at its best !

One of the best companies that offer quality streaming, I have a radio station from 2008 streaming since then. I did not stay with companies that offered streaming, because I had many buffering problems.
