I love my short story box subscription!! It never disappoints!! Items I wouldn’t normally buy myself I love. Size exchanges are easy!! Finally clothes that fit!!

I look forward to every box I receive. My short story pieces are some of my favorite things to wear and they always fit perfect.

Another site that wastes your time with a 10 minute quiz. The exact button I clicked said “find your perfect fit.” Instead, at the end, it was like “enter your credit card and buy a box.” Maybe I’m petty, but I keep falling for CTAs that pretend they’re going to give me some value but don’t deliver. It’s getting OLD.

I was impressed from the start! Received my 1st box full of clothing I love:) most of it fit like a glove. Will definitely be back to order another short-story for my 4’11 full figure frame!

Customer service is amazing, my.last shipment there was an issue with a pair of pants. Response time was very quick and my concerns were addressed.

I accepted 2 boxes. I gave them detailed notes about fit and color preferences. Each time colors were beige and gray when I specifically said I look good in jewel tones: I kept one item from each box since I paid for the styling fee. I cancel immediately after second box feeling that the stylist didn’t take any of my information into consideration.

I love Short Story! Each box of clothing is totally customized for me - size, style, any specific item requests I might have, and price range too. Customer service is fast and responsive whenever I have a question too.

I love that the clothing is made to fit my frame. No more cuffing sleeves or dealing with pants that are way too long! I can't wait to get my next box to see what my stylist selected for me. I bought my 1st box, then a 2nd box a week later, then a 3rd box a week later. I've kept items from every box and returns are really simple and easy!

I absolutely LOVE my Short Story boxes!!! I have been getting them for about a year. I always keep at least 1 item and often times more...or the entire box. I love getting things I normally wouldn't even try in a store & it ends up being my favorite thing! As far as customer service goes they are a A+++! Always respond quickly to any questions or requests and in a prompt, personal and professional manner. I tell all my petite friends about them. Im so thankful I found them!!!!

I am a 5’1 forty-one year old woman and I have been very pleased with my short story experience so far. I have received two boxes and the stylists have sent me items that fit me so well! Receiving pants that fit both my leg length and waist has been amazing! Something that is rarely possible in clothing stores.

I returned a box of clothes immediately; I didn’t even try them on. They charged me over $450.00 for the box. I reached out and They said they would refund me because this is covered by Fed Ex insurance. They have not
Refunded me and now they aren’t responding.

Just received my first box and my stylist hit it right on! Beautiful outfits that I can wear to work or play. Thanks to my stylist Megan. The customer service has been great too! I made a couple of errors when I signed up and they helped fix it right away through the online chat service. Looking forward to my new boxes!

I finally found an online company that caters to petite, older women! I no longer have to take my clothes to get altered, and the clothes I receive match my style and preferences.

I was particularly impressed when I received an item with a flaw and Short Story was responsive in assisting with this concern.

I love this “new” feeling of wearing clothes that fit my arms, legs, torso, etc! I don’t like having to pay extra for alterations so in the last 10-15 years I got used to wearing things that were too long for my size. I had forgotten how wonderful it is to have clothes that hit me in the right spot. Although I have only received 2 boxes so far, the stylists did a fantastic job taking my feedback from the first box and incorporating it in the second box. I appreciate receiving stylish options that I didn’t spend hours searching for while trying to find petite options. Their customer success has also been great as I travel often for work and have needed to ask for extensions. All in all, I am incredibly happy and thankful that I found this company.

My quality of life has improved since joining Short Story! I don't have to stress anymore about not having anything to wear. I hate shopping so this has been a God send!

I've been doing monthly boxes with Short Story for about 5 months now and have absolutely loved it. I'm 5'4" and it is so hard to find dresses and jumpers that actually fit—yet they’ve sent several that I’ve ended up keeping. They really listen to your feedback and consistently come up with great options.

I even let them know I’m a Warm Spring, and they’ve done a great job including fun colors that fit my season. The customer service is top notch—friendly, warm, responsive, and easy to get in touch with.

The shipments arrive in the cutest box, beautifully packaged with a little ribbon, and the keep/return process is truly a piece of cake.

As a business owner myself, I really appreciate an honest, well-run service—and Short Story is absolutely knocking it out of the park. Thank you for providing such a much-needed option for us shorter women!
