First time using the company and it's been a pleasure. Unfortunately I encountered a fault with the product I brought and it was dealt with in such a quick manner and a replacement has been sent. Couldn't have been more smooth to deal with in terms of customer service. Only downside is it not stating the product is shipped from overseas but with that being said 6 days to arrive really isn't bad and that's including Saturday and Sunday. The product itself is top draw despite the fault so I can only imagine when it's fully working it will be top tier. I brought the commander g series gaming headset for reference

My order never arrived. It was delivered to a warehouse in Braintree on 24 May but never seemed to go out for delivery. I requested a refund but did not get a response. Initially, the customer service opened a ticket to chase the order but then never got back in touch. I have now requested a refund twice.

Beautiful lights very elegant. packaged well . Good communication but took a while arrive .

After a comunication with shopsta complaining for not receiving my package they asked my adress. I sended my adress 3 times and each time the asked my adrress again. I never got my pakage.

Good updates on delivery. Arrived well packaged so no damages. Very comfortable to wear as they are oval shaped ear parts. Beautiful look. Easy to connect and sound quality is amazing (although I’m not a connoisseur). Very happy

I was very impressed with the customer service from Ada at Shopsta. The LED lamp I ordered arrived from China and was clearly defective. When I reported this and provided the evidence requested, Ada organised the dispatch of a replacement I am very happy with. Would buy from them again!

My wind up flashlight was exactly what I ordered. The delivery was long but otherwise, very happy with the service.

Hi We received a broken reading light ,and I contacted Shopsta who dealt with getting a replacement shade straight away,which we are waiting for.
Cant praise customer support enough .They gave me clear instructions on
sending proof of damageand very grateful to Ada for her help .

I recently ordered a set of Bluetooth headphones on line from Shopsta ad received the following incredible customer service from ADA.
The price stated on the online site was $249.99 ( already a good deal), there was an additional discounted offer of $49.99 if one used the discount code ( MAY20) .
However when I got to the checkout, the option to claim this substantial discount was not evident.
I paid the full price as I wanted the product and made contact with Shopsta’s customer service via the online message service available on their site .
It was not an hour or so later when I received a response to my query and the notice that I will be charged only the the discounted cost.
What an AMAZING customer service response!
Shopsta gets a full 10/10 from me and I will definitely look to use this service in the future .

Lamp arrived and it was bent, not sure if this was rough transport or factory bent. But the team swiftly sent out a replacement and made the process very easy.

Der angepriesene Kopfhörer OneOdio A10 ist echt Spitze! Im Vergleich zu zwei JBL Kopfhörern, die mir den Kopf schon nach 10 min schmerzhaft vollgewummert haben, erlebe ich hier auch über 2-3 Stunden Musik hören einen sehr angenehmen, kristallklaren Sound. Auch verspürte ich nicht im Geringsten etwelche Druckstellen, wie sie bei längerem Tragen üblicherweise entstehen - verursacht durch die Bügelauflage oder durch den Anpressdruck der Hörmuscheln. Selbst haptisch und funktionell zeugt das Gerät von beeindruckender Qualität. Ich verwende den VLC Player. Dessen Equlizer optimiert den Klang nach individueller Präferenz zum Höchstgenuss!

A good quality gaming headset for a fraction of the price.

It’s a shame I didn’t read some of the previous reviews about the long delivery time as products are being shipped from China. As shopsta says it’s a UK company I assumed that within a week the item would be delivered to central London, but when tracking saw that it was coming from China and took much longer. I bought the product as a gift and unfortunately the long delay time meant I was unable to gift it on the day I needed to.

Had a problem with my order but in fairness I found the customer service to be excellent. Very prompt response and refunded quickly also. 👍

Great customer service!!! I bought the A10 oneodio headphones which was overpriced compared to other places after I researched it I felt down and ripped off so got in touch with thier sales department in which they responded really quick and offered to reimburse me the difference thanks again will be shopping at shopsta in the future
