I purchased some headphones for my husband, he loves them. The quality and sound is fantastic, the price was good too. The sight was easy to navigate, the communication was excellent and delivery was fast. I will definitely use this company again.

Good website,easy to order and kept informed

I was very grateful to be greeted by Ava in the customer services department regarding an issue with a pair of headphones I’d bought. Once I’d completed what was necessary, Ada quickly identified there was an issue with the original product and was very quick to rectify this issue by sorting a replacement pair for delivery to my home address. I know technology has its issues and not 1 person can be held responsible for these issues but, Ada from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. I’d like to thank Shopsta for employing someone so prompt, empathetic and capable to work in one of the most important departments for any business. Thanks again for your assistance Ada and I hope your employers recognise what a great job you have done.

I ordered some headphones for my wife's birthday. The delivery time indicated on the Shopsta website suggested they'd arrive with a couple of days to spare but a week after that date they're still not even with Royal Mail.

I sorted something else for my wife and told Shopsta to forget it and refund my card. However, they're saying I've got to wait for the headphones to be delivered - whenever that will be - and then return them. Only when they're back in their warehouse will I get a refund which could be weeks given the way things have gone so far.

I've obviously no idea whether the actual product I ordered is any good but I would suggest buyers take the indicative delivery dates on Shopsta's website with a large pinch of salt. Maybe we're spoilt with the efficiency of things like Amazon Prime but personally I won't order from this company again.

So to be fair to Shopsta they did eventually respond constructively to my complaint.

The final outcome was a full refund of my original purchase plus a free complimentary set of headphones which arrived a couple of working days after I'd agreed their offer. The only slight disappointment was the headphones were a cheaper alternative to what I'd ordered rather than being the upgrade promised; however, as they were free I didn't feel inclined to complain too strongly!

So I've raised my experience rating from the initial one star to three stars. It's a shame the original purchase went wrong - the headphones I ordered never did arrive - but after a bit of negotiation Shopsta did at least eventually make things right to my satisfaction.

Simple ordering process and delivery was within a good timeframe. I would use again.

Although the lamp is nice and solid. The charge is not very good. It doesn’t last 12hrs without having to charge it again

I Never write reviews but this deserves it. I ordered a £630 item with 1-2 days delivery. On the 2nd day I got an email saying they had cancelled my order and would get a refund within 3-5 working days. I was desperate for this item and suggested that either they sent an alternative out or refunded me immediately so I could buy elsewhere and I just kept getting the same reply. No matter what I said, the replies were useless.
So all in all, I have no item and no money to buy another through no fault of my own. I run my own business and you absolutely can refund money immediately. I accept people make mistakes but it’s how you deal with that matters.
Extremely unhappy and would never use again.

The difference for me between an average company and an outstanding one is how I am treated. Had a little issue with a lamp, I contacted Customer Service, a couple of hours later I got a super response followed up with positive action as promised. To be fair, they exceeded my expectations, thanks to Ada and the team. Happy to order from this seller again.

The very attractive light arrived damaged. I immediately contacted shopsta and the matter was resolved in a couple of hours. Excellent customer service.

First time using the company and it's been a pleasure. Unfortunately I encountered a fault with the product I brought and it was dealt with in such a quick manner and a replacement has been sent. Couldn't have been more smooth to deal with in terms of customer service. Only downside is it not stating the product is shipped from overseas but with that being said 6 days to arrive really isn't bad and that's including Saturday and Sunday. The product itself is top draw despite the fault so I can only imagine when it's fully working it will be top tier. I brought the commander g series gaming headset for reference
