My first experience with Shopsta - I bought 2 rechargeable Aura Table Lamps. Response was very prompt, emailed with all delivery tracking information. Very good quality but unfortunately 1 was slightly damaged upon arrival. That said Megan at Shopsta arranged for both lamps to be replaced immediately to ensure they matched. Quickly despatched and arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I am very impressed, particularly with the customer service and follow up. Thank you Megan. Sue (Northumberland)

Website was easy to use. Item is really lovely. Had a small issue with damage on delivery - but communication with support was amazing and the issue was rectified promptly and with a great result. Thank you Meghan. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous instructions are micro dot size and we managed to download instructions waist of time all double Dutch can't get voice activated keeps going off line so my advice is don't buy it.

Ordering was simple as it should be, Item arrived within 3-5 days. Customer Services were excellent overall a very easy experience. Yes products are from China but this did not affect delivery. Thanks

I’ve had issues with the product twice unfortunately, but Megan from the team has been awesome each time and has got me to a timely resolution. Frustrating the product has had issues but the customer service has been brilliant by Megan 🙂

I recently wrote a review on recent purchase, we're I said I was unhappy with price.
I am happy to say Shopsta.co.uk reach out and kindly offered me a price match to Amazon price.
Their representative was very polite and helpful and the difference has been credited to my account straight away.
I would just like to thanks them for reaching out and offering the price match.

I this day and age it's good to feel valued by companies. I would highly recommend buying product from this sight.

After 14 months the headband on some headphones supplied by Shopsta broke. I wasn't optimistic about getting any response but the customer service was fantastic. Megan has been in touch with me several times and once I'd supplied a short video she was immediately in touch with the supplier to sort a replacement set. A great response and excellent service. Thanks

Bit of a wait for the lamps but pleased with them when they arrived.

It wasn’t clear that goods were coming from China. When placing the order I was quoted 2 days but it took 2 weeks to ship.

We ordered a 2nd lamp but unfortunately it was damaged on arrival. Shopsta agreed to send a replacement with no quibble whatsover. Whilst we await the arrival of the replacement our only comment would be against the short battery life of the lamp before having to recharge it.

One measure of a great company is how they deal with problems. One of the items I ordered was damaged in transit, and when I reported it to Shopsta, they requested a short video showing the damage. Fair enough, and after sending the video they immediately arranged for a replacement. The whole experience was excellent, and I would definitely buy frorm Shopsta again.
