Loved the dress but it was too big

This outfit cost too much for the waist band to twist and turn like a rope underneath the knit. The seam in the pants are not straight like they suppose to be when you wear the pants. The top appears to be longer on the picture than when you put it on. The price should have been $49.99. The material excellent.

I wore one of the Luxe Sets on a tour of the White House and the set was not only appropriate but comfortable and slimming as well!

There was a phenomenal sale and I got a bit distracted and ordered the same dress, twice (insert head shaking emoji). Once I noticed the error I was able to immediately contact customer service - share my mistake - and it was remedied lightening fast.

My purchase was fine but don’t expect refunds if you return anything. They list all of their clothes as “sale” items and will only provide you with a “store credit” for sale items you return.
So…. If they don’t have anything else you want to use a store credit on, you’re stuck

Bought a jumper in black and loved it! bought the same jumper in a pattern and it was not the same material. I still wear it, but it doesn't sit as well as the first one. No mention of different material in the description.

Every experience I have had with your company has been great. I'm addicted and have never been disappointed. Your customer service is excellent and shipment is fast.

The suit jacket is a slightly different color than the suit pants. The jacket is a little too boxy and I have to get the pants tailored.

Bad Customer Service - I have bought from this website 4 times, with a total of $500+, and have recommended it to my friends who have purchased as well. I earned 1000 points with their rewards program to turn into a $100 credit off a purchase. Unfortunately I needed to return 2 out of 3 items in the purchase, and the company would not return my any points so that I could use them on a future purchase. Also, rather than taking $100 off my entire order, they took some money off each item, so even though I had a $100 off, I still had to pay for the one item I kept, which was less than $100, and lost the rest of the $73 off reward. My purchase amount refund is also a store credit. Once I use the store credit I will not be buying from this website again.

I love, love, love my blazer. It's so versatile..I can wear it with jeans, a skirt or even a maxi dress.

I will never ever shop with this website again! I bought two outfits and they don’t want to return my money. They want to give me a credit for their garbage. I also will turn this over to PayPal, which will probably take care of my money, but don’t order anything from them if you don’t plan on keeping it.

The dress was beautiful. Great fit. The material hangs well and is so comfortable.
