NOT ABLE TO RETURN MY ITEM......SCAM
I bought a dress that did not look, on me, like it did on the website. I am asking for a return and complete refund.
The website form is not allowing me to return the item. It wants me to exchange it for another size. I don't want another size....I want a return. There is no further options or drop-down information allowed.

Greedy and dishonest clothing company
I purchased a dress from S & S for a funeral earlier this year. The dress I got was not flattering, so I decided to return it. Per their returns and exchanges I had to forfeit my original shipping cost, which I believe was around $10, and I accepted that. (Never heard of a clothing store that doesn’t offer regular payment returns of unworn, tags still on merchandise, but that’s a different story.)
I got a store credit of just the money I paid for the dress, which was around $50.
Flash forward to a few days ago, I finally found an item I was wanting to use my $50 store credit for. (Money that is mine, from my original purchase. Not a coupon code, not a gift card, etc.)
The item was $30. Shipping, to my astonishment, has skyrocketed to ship one item for $20. But I thought whatever, I have a $50 credit, so that’ll cover my clothing item and shipping, and I’ll just have to pay for anything over that. But guess what: THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO USE YOUR STORE CREDIT TOWARDS SHIPPING COSTS. So not only will I have $20 remaining credit balance that could be used towards covering shipping, but I will have to pay the astronomical $20 shipping for one item even though I have that exact amount on a credit. So basically, this company is controlling my own money spent, and is using disgusting tactics in order for them to gain even more money from me.
I have tried to talk to them, over and over via email because they do not have a phone number, and the person “Terry” has been unfriendly, unhelpful and refuses to let me use my credit towards my entire purchase amount. I have to pay for shipping separately. And just so everyone can know, when I first made this return, the person I spoke to did not let me know that my refunded amount wouldn’t apply to an entire purchase amount, and also nowhere on this website does it state this fact. So they don’t even let you know this information until you’re dealing with it!!
If you are thinking of purchasing from this company, don’t. They’re the worst clothing company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, and I will never purchase from them again.
Not high quality
This dress is not terrible but the fabric is pretty cheap and I feel it is not well made. After reading all of the reviews I was expecting a little more. I will wear it as a house dress which is not my intention when I ordered it.

Nightmare if you need to return or exchange
Dress was much smaller in what is my typical size. Nightmare return/exchange policy! Confusing and irritating...had to email them for help because their return/exchange portal wasn't working, then the dress went on sale after I bought it so asked for store credit but their store credit is considered a "promo code" which you can only use 1 of so couldn't get the dress at the cheaper rate anyway AND their shipping charge jumped from $12 (which is ridiculous in the 1st place for 1 dress that probably weighed a couple oz) to $20!!!! All in less than a weeks time! Gave them 2 stars only because the dress is pretty but I won't be shopping with them again!
I have the wrong size and all I want is a even exchange. I texted you the mistake that's was made but have no answer or sulation to the issue.

Poor management of appoinment
All the services are good here but their receptionist Ms Zoya is not at all professional she is not managing appointments properly. She is calling each & everyone & making sit there for more then half an hour . I took appointment for spa manicure pedicure in the morning 11 am for myself
& wife for 3 pm but when I reached there two people were doing manicure & pedicure there & she asked us to wait for 5 min but after 15/20 min when I asked her she said just wait for half an hour more then I got furious for which she just said sorry . I experienced this for two three time . If owner reading the reviews please train your receptionist about how to manage the appointment & not to waste time of customers. Services are good but if not managed properly it will impact business in future
Consider allowing customers to exchange…
Consider allowing customers to exchange sale items. If a customer needs a larger size and it is available you should consider it. The o my option for return is “item is damaged”. One of my items I needed a larger size and another wax not as shown on website. Very disappointing.
