Biciclette Canellini Anmeldelser 

J’ai acheté un vélo neuf Canellini, présenté comme étant assemblé à 95 %. Dans mon cas, cette présentation ne correspondait pas vraiment à l’état du vélo reçu : la chaîne n’était notamment pas correctement installée, et plusieurs autres problèmes sont apparus dès les premières utilisations.

J’ai constaté :
- une selle qui s’inclinait pendant que je roulais malgré un serrage maximal, ce qui était dangereux ;
- un bruit / frottement au niveau de la roue avant ou du frein ;
- un problème avec la 6e vitesse ;
- la chaîne mal positionnée dès la livraison.
À chaque fois que je demandais de l’aide au fabricant, on m’expliquait essentiellement qu’il s’agissait de « réglages » que je devais effectuer moi-même. Or je ne suis pas spécialiste en mécanique vélo, et les instructions disponibles ne donnaient pas de solution concrète aux problèmes que je rencontrais. Quand on achète un vélo neuf annoncé comme quasiment entièrement assemblé, on ne s’attend pas à devoir savoir régler soi-même les freins, la transmission ou résoudre un problème de selle.

J’ai finalement fait contrôler le vélo par un professionnel. Il a constaté :
- des freins mal réglés, avec notamment le frein arrière qui frottait contre la jante ;
- les roues avant et arrière voilées ;
- le changement de vitesses mal réglé, avec une vis de butée trop serrée empêchant le passage correct d’une vitesse.
Il a également réussi à stabiliser la selle.

Cette intervention m’a coûté 39 €. J’ai envoyé le justificatif à Canellini et proposé très simplement que cette somme me soit remboursée afin de clore le dossier. Malgré ma relance, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à cette demande.

Le vélo fonctionne maintenant correctement, mais uniquement après l’intervention d’un professionnel.

Mon conseil si vous achetez ce vélo : prévoyez un budget supplémentaire pour le faire contrôler et régler par un spécialiste après réception. Dans mon expérience, ces frais n’ont pas été pris en charge par le fabricant.

Je regrette surtout qu’après l’achat d’un vélo neuf, j’aie dû consacrer autant de temps à résoudre moi-même des problèmes techniques et à échanger avec le SAV pour finalement demander le remboursement de seulement 39 €, sans réponse à ce jour.

Abbiamo acquistato una MTB mod. Lincy 24 presso il market place di Decathlon. La bici è stata consegnata con oltre una settimana di ritardo. Purtroppo sin dall’inizio abbiamo notato che il cambio non andava, abbiamo seguito le istruzioni per regolarlo ma niente, lo abbiamo segnalato a Decathlon che lo avrebbe comunicato a Canellini. Dopo giorni di zero reazione, ho deciso di rendere la bicicletta. Nel frattempo solo dopo pochi giorni la bici ha cominciato ad arrugginirsi, in corrispondenza delle viti ed il telaio anche. Purtroppo dopo il reso, il produttore ha avuto il coraggio di decurtare 50
Euro dal prezzo della bici per un nuovo cambio ed i segni di usura. Ma come si può??

Venditore molto serio e disponibile! Per colpa del corriere BRT la spedizione è stata oltremodo lunga, però Biciclette Canellini si è subito attivato per risolvere il problema, tenendomi costantemente aggiornato. Consigliatissimi!

Ciao. La traduzione è fornita in italiano, potrebbero esserci errori grammaticali. Scusate. Le biciclette sono molto belle, di buona qualità e dotate di tutti gli elementi come da foto. Sono arrivate imballate in due scatole diverse e ho dovuto montare i pedali, regolare il manubrio, i freni e la sella. Le luci di segnalazione erano funzionanti dopo piccole regolazioni. Il trasporto dall'Italia al destinatario a Romanai ha richiesto una settimana. In conclusione, le biciclette sono ben equipaggiate e di qualità media per due bambine di otto e dieci anni. Sarebbe stato utile avere maggiori dettagli nella descrizione del prodotto sulla pagina del venditore.

Rapidité, efficacité. Parfait! Merci.

Le vélo est arrivé emballé dans un simple carton. La fixation de la roue arrière est arrivé abîmé ce qui est dommage car le reste du vélo était bien protégé dedans. Donc c’est une simple petite mousse qu’il faudrait prévoir à cet endroit. Sinon le produit est magnifique et semble de qualité.

We bought this bike for our son his 9th birthday. He is really proud of it and takes extreme good care of it. Locks it every time. Always place it in the barn and never lets anyone else ride it.

Still, after less then 3 months, his kickstand broke of- of the frame. On inspection we noticed some really small and poor welding, less the 2mm thick. Far to small to bear the weight of a bike standing on it.

We contacted Decathlon, whom contacted the partner Canellini based in Italy. After exchanging some photos and messages their verdict was:

"I showed everything to the mechanic, who confirmed that this ONLY happens when the child sits on the bike with the kickstand down. You don't have do this never!"

Wel, I know the child did not sit on it with the kickstand down, that is just not true. I can't upload pictures here, but if I could, everyone with a little technical view would confirm that those welds where just poor craftsmanship...

We asked for repair under guarantee which, at that point, could have been done by simply sent us a 5,- euro kickstand. But Canelli would not cooperate in any way. We bought one ourself and left it to be at that point.

Tho, as weeks go by the bike would deteriorate much faster than that you may expect. After les then 10 months the paint came lose, rust was everywhere, and welds that attach the front wheel start showing cracks to a point it was not longer safe to use the bike. The kickstand was already broke off because of poor welds, it would be only a matter of time before the wheel broke lose causing physical injury.

With the help of Decathlon, we confronted Canellini with this, their response:

(...) As for rust, it was formed because the bike was left outside in contact with the elements.
a bicycle kept indoors and in dry conditions does not rust.
In any case, the functioning of the bike is not compromised. However, we ask the customer to no longer keep the bicycle outdoors to prevent it from worsening the situation.(...)

So basically we bought a bike which was not meant to be used outside....

Canellini would not, in any way, took responsibility for their product. If this company was nearby, I would drove to it and had tossed the bike over the counter. But because Canelli sells their crap abroad, using platforms like Decathlon and Amazon, there is litterly nothing a customer could do. They simply hide in distance to not be held accountable...

Even with mediation from Decathlon they simply wrote of all of their responsibility.

In the end it was Decathlon whom stepped in and rescind the sale.

Think twice when purchasing a product from Canellini. Expect 'Made in China' quality and no support whatsoever if something is wrong. And there will be something wrong...

And if you still tend to buy their product, take my advice and only do so using a platform that will help you get your guarantee. Believe me, you are going to need it...

La bici è arrivata in Francia cinque giorni dopo l'ordine online. Solo due o tre cose da fare prima di poter fare un giro, e voilà! È veramente bellissima. Non è caro per la qualità. Tutto è perfettissimo!

The bicycle is amazing. Super light, easily adjustable to increase ergonomics, and absolutely beautiful. The delivery was really fast, and it arrived days ahead of the due date (and being an international delivery did not compromise the commitment with the deadline). I am more than satisfied with my Canellini!
