Great company will order from them again!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Fast refund, smooth communication, and great support team.

I was attempting to use “other companies “ to repair my broken side mirror. I contacted Michael Morales and he immediately found the exact match for my truck. The part was easy to install and looks great! I would highly recommend!

I ordered an engine. The engine was defective and overheated. I sent it back within the 30 day timeframe. They will not issue a refund until they receive the product. Once they received the engine, they told me they are not issuing a refund because it was my fault. I explained that it was not my fault and even if it had been my fault, I returned it within the 30 day time frame. Their policy says nothing about a product not being fully refunded when it was the customers fault and it is returned within the 30 day time frame. It does say that it will be reviewed oon a case by case basis after the 30days for products genereally defective or not. Therefore, I am entitled to a full refund since I do not fall within that category since the product was defective and I returned it within 30 days. I also asked for an exchange and would pay the shipping cost again, they said nothing. Then they stopped responding. I asked to work with them on a solution but they did not respond. I called several times before receiving the engine and they would always answer. However, once I called after the engine refund disagreement, they never answered me. They also did not get back to me within 24 hours like their VM indicates. I paid nearly $2,000 with nothing to show for it. They get to keep my money and the faulty engine they sold. That is ridiculous. They are a terrible company and when they sell parts that are defective, they do not want to give your money back. Do not buy from them unless you are will take an L shall they sell you a defective product. Therefore, it is a SCAM when they steal money from you knowing they are selling faulty parts.

Great experience will use again. Thanks!

I had an excellent experience with Mike Morales and Shopearl. From the very first moment, the service was fast, responsive, and professional. Mike was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and easy.

The mirror arrived quickly, was exactly as described, and installation went perfectly. Everything is working great, and I’m very satisfied with the quality.

Highly recommend Mike and Shopearl – reliable, efficient, and great customer service!

The part I ordered arrived within the given time frame and had no issues! Ordering was very easy and straightforward. For how affordable the parts were I would definitely order from again!!

Easy to use website and checkout was smooth. Ordering process was straight forward and encountered no issues. Overall a good experience and I’d like to order from them again. todo bien. ….

Just got my order and it arrived damaged, but I honestly didn’t expect how fast the refund was processed. Huge thanks to Michelle for the quick help, she made everything smooth and hassle-free. Appreciate it, ShopEarl! I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I was hesitant about ordering online after being scammed before. Kevin made the whole process easy and kept us informed throughout the processing and shipping. Will definitely be a returning customer.

the service was amazing and i will be coming back agian for more service, fixed my ac, part came in with haste!

Kevin helped me order a rim for my F150.
Michelle was also helpful on my shipment questions. Great overall experience. Legit site.

Michael was extremely helpful and super fast at responding. I hope that the seats are going to be just as good as Michael was.

Super simple experience. Would highly recommend.

Misleading advertising in their posts allow you to buy incorrect items that have a policy for no return. They sell you the incorrect item and say sorry, thank for the money. Complete scam of a company, do not buy anything from here.

I ordered a side mirror and the description was incorrect. Vendor won’t take it back. The return policy sucks and customer service is equally as bad

I supposedly bought a used OE rear wheel for my 2016 Corvette Z06. I received a scratched up aftermarket wheel that was 2 inches shorted than it was supposed to be. Finally got an RMA, shipped back the wheel. Emailed, called and left messages and left messages on the chat about the return after a few weeks that the wheel was returned. Had to complain to BBB and after two weeks got a refund that was 64.08 less that I was charged!

Worst place I’ve ever. they first sent me a screen that was wrong then what i ordered and advertised. So i requested a return which they approved but i had to pay 30$ to ship it back. A month later they deny my return stating the window has closed and they never received the returned item. Mind you this part was almost $200. I was scammed. This place is horrible. They never respond either, absolutely do not buy from this f*** place.

Placed an order, money taken with no problem, unfortunately the wrong item was sent. First time ive ever ordered something and not received a confirmation email or text so when trying to return i have no order number so you cant return through online return form. I put in my email to help with order and no order shows but bank statement shows differently and I did receive item, just the wrong part, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a return call thats labeled spam with the other 12 call a day😡 with a voicemail to contact them, only to go through the same bullshit again! Order at your own risk and pray you receive the correct part

Needed help with fitment and the sales department was great! Very knowledgeable and kind.
