Tenia buenas espectativas, pero lamentablemente me fue muy mal, a tal punto que regrresamos la pieza que nos enviaron por defecto y No la quieren aceptar , tienen la pieza y tienen mi dinero. Lamentablemente se les llama o se les escribe y NO contestan, esto es una muy, muy mala experiencia y se quedaron contodo, dinero y pieza. Aparte No hubo nadie que nos pudiera ayudar para solucionar el problema como sucede con otras plataformas donde hay asistencia al publico. Yo he comprado muchas cosas usadas por internet, pero hasta hoy que me salio una empresa que No tienen Responsabilidad ni honradez. Lastima porque perdi mas de $100.00 dolares con esta empresa. Great service, before and after, the item I ordered, came well packed, and worked without issues, the car is back on the road. I will definitely buy from them again.

Part was delivered on time, but not fit my dashboard and I reached out to the company for a return. The company accept the return and my payment was processed immediately.

Item was as described and delivered in a timely manner in good packaging to protect the taillight lense.

Don't do business with Shopearl. I have tried for a couple of months now to get a refund for a $70 part. The part is defective. I cannot get replies to my emails or voice mails. I am ignored. Now, I have to pay for the part again and I have to pay the mechanic again to put the part in.

Unethical company advertising practices. They listed a pic of a tire with the rim and put in the description wheel/rim making you think you are buying both and then they only sent me the rim. These are used not new products so they are using Unethical practices to sell their products. The only thing they told me is "sorry you missed understood the listing." Brushed me off like its my problem now. I wouldn't buy anything from this company, they are also posting false good reviews. Buyer be aware

Rodolfo was fantastic. He listened to my concerns was knowledgeable courteous helpful and friendly and was able to help me get the correct replacement stereo for my wife's car. I definitely will be using again if needed. I highly recommend you won't be sorry.

I ordered OEM radio for 2003 4runner and was very competitive pricing. The radio came damaged, but seems to have been shipping services problem. Tried to make it work with no success. Contacted shop earl for refund, which I must say, was the easiest procedure ever and received a response very quickly. They refunded full amount and handled return of product admirably. I highly recommend ShopEarl.

I usually avoid buying direct from a seller and prefer using Amazon or Ebay.
However, I was impressed with their website info and and fast delivery estimate. Part arrived sooner than expected and was in excellent condition.
They will be the 1st I contact the next time I need a part.

Bought a timing cover for my Ford around June 25 and received it 5 days later. At first their system sent me the wrong shipping label but they managed to clear that up and apologized, it didn't affect the shipping process anyways.

My experience with ShopEarl was great. They had a seller that had exactly what I needed and the seller also offered free shipping on the item that weighed 40lbs! Communication & customer service with ShopEarl were prompt, helpful and Michelle made sure to reach out once she saw the item delivered. Impressive. Five⭐️ customer service. It’s a convenient way to access many sellers at the same time. Places I otherwise wouldn’t have found or have access to.
