Shopearl

Thank you again ShopEarl and Michelle for the help tracking my order. Received!

Great service, Rodolfo!!!

Got the wrong part sent, but the return went very smooth and no hassle. Rodolfo was very helpful and answered all my questions. Will use this site again.

Thank you customer sevice, have a nice day! Good company.

Thank you ShopEarl for the service you provided. Shout out to Michelle.

I really appreciate Michelle for helping me track down my package. I found the update in my purchases this morning and was delighted when it arrived. The item fits perfectly, and I’m already enjoying it. Thank you, Michelle, for the excellent support. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends.

I just received this Engine that I ordered and a rear bumper. First, I thought I was scammed and somehow Michelle from ShopEarl confirmed that my tracking details. She’s so nice with me and detailed by detailed every thing was so arrange and exact time and day received my both orders. I highly recommend this ShopEarl and may God bless you all and here I am back to the road.

Rodolfo was a great help was a wonderful experience.

Initially had a little difficulty finding the right part that I needed, Customer service was fantastic making sure I received what I needed. The gentleman I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable and did what was needed to get my order correct. I would definitely use Shopearl the next time I need a replacement part for my Chevy Silverado! Thank you for the prompt and patient attention you gave to me.

Very helpful in returning item that didn’t work for me

Do not purchase, very misleading. I purchase what I thought was an OEM 2004 Acura Rsx wheel only to receive a steelie spare tire. Website listing very clearly showed the factory silver 5 spoke and never even had a picture of a steel spare tire. Highly do not recommend spending your hard earned money here

Rodolfo helped me keep track on my purchase making it very straight forward & easy.

Thank you ShopEarl, I just got my order and everything looks good. I had trouble on the tracking number but Michelle helped me so I really appreciate her for doing it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We run a large shop and have had nothing but great dealings with Mike @ ShopEarl. He goes above and beyond what most places will do. He's an employee that needs to be used as a templet for others to follow. Thanks for all your help as always.

Mike was great he found my part made sure it was already pulled out of the truck and could ship the next day. Great job.

I called and spoke with Mike, who was able to clear up all of my ignorant questions and provide me with guided search with results that were unbelievably great.
His personal attention to my requirements was extraordinary.
We found exactly what I needed and made a deal promptly, and it's on its way Now, the same day...
We had a hiccup with shipping address. He was on it immediately and corrected it.
I can't say enough good without sounding like a scripted
Fake.
I really appreciate coming across somebody who will do business with personal attention to specific requirements of a new customer.
THANK YOU & GOD BLESS YOUR WORK ETHIC AND PERSONAL DEMEANOR.

Correct parts and arrived on time. easy ordering process.

Easy to use site - Mike helped me find the correct part and it arrived quickly!

Hey Mike went above and beyond to help me with my little dilemma. He stepped up and made it happen. Everything he said he would do he did and for this I am greatful..

Item came dirty and smelly. When I try to contact someone via email to return it nobody answers. Not legit. Charges big prices.
