Warning. Save your time and and money and go shop somewhere else for parts you need. Absolutely unprofessional stuff don't trust anything they say

The buying experience was very smooth. The transaction was all automated and the part showed up well packaged and was exactly what I had ordered. I was skeptical at first because it’s been a while since I bought anything second hand but it has really saved me money and meant I could buy something that is no longer made. I will definitely buy though this site again.

Wow! I called and talked to a real, very knowledgeable person! Excellent customer service. The wheels I subsequently purchased were delivered a day early, which rocks, and they're in Excellent condition. 👍

I purchased a climate control for my Nissan pathfinder and received the wrong climate control. The picture they presented was incorrect. I later found out that this Nissan carry four different controls for the same year and model. I send the controller back but only gave me some of my money back. They said I ordered the wrong part but I only ordered what was showing which was the correct part. They made the mistake but will not refund the rest of my money. This is bad business and I will never do business with this company again. Customers, you need to shop elsewhere if you don’t want to get stuck with the wrong item or lose your money.

Item arrived in a timely manner. The packaging was stellar, no way the part was going to get damaged in transit, it was awesome! It was the correct part and worked perfectly! Ordered it 7/10/26, was kept informed when the product shipped and when it should have arrived. And they followed up to make sure it was the correct item. AMAZING Customer Service!

Web site is easy to navigate. Great communication and the part was shipped quickly. It was a prefect fit.

I was skeptical about buying a used transmission online. With no new or reman options I took the leap. The transmission arrived quickly and in good shape. I did change all the seals as a piece of mind even though they all looked dry. The transmission was an exact fit as I was told. After changing the fluid all was good. Transmission works great.

ShopEarl had what I needed and was going to send it out.
They noticed a Crack in the steering wheel.
They contacted me with pictures to make sure I still wanted it.
I did and it was promptly sent to me.
It fit perfect.
They then contacted me to make sure the part had worked out.

I recieved the wrong part from shop earl and so I asked for exchange or refund and they said they could not do that because of there policy. They told me there policy but according to the site I ordered this part from it never mentioned it. I have pictures to prove otherwise. They kept my 99.95 for the part and refused any help. In my book this company picks and chooses what they want to do and does not care for the customers. So im giving anyone thinking about doing business with this company to streer clear from them. Unless you want the poor customer service treatment and the wrong parts.

Quick service. Item packaged well. Everythig looks great like brand new. I would use them again!

I will say that this is one of those online experiences that we all want to have. Professional, fast responding, and they listened to me, their customer. In the end, I would not hesitate to deal with them again and would recommend them to all. Very, very, good experience.

I ordered a part and I thought it was the wrong one. I was trying to get a refund but they informed me that it was the right one. I got another mechanic to do the job and it was the right part. I love using shopearl. I would refer them to all my friends. Thanks for all you do!
