Quality is completely down the toilet
My delivery was stolen so I asked for a refund. No live chat and no phone number. I popped to a shop a buy a new pair of their Colorado boots cos I can’t wait on them replacing the stolen delivery as I need them. Only to discover that the sole is now a different shape making them ludicrously narrower and they are now not fit for purpose at all. They either need to go back to the design they used 15 years ago or discontinue that style because they are now absolutely atrocious. DO NOT BUY

Disappointed by CAT Footwear and Customer Support
I purchased a pair of CAT Footwear (Model P719132) from an official CAT store in Dubai. After wearing them for the first time, they caused severe blisters and bleeding on my feet after only a short walk.
I contacted CAT USA, who referred me to CAT UK. After providing photos and detailed information, I was simply told to contact the original retailer in Dubai. Unfortunately, I couldn't even find an email address or customer support for that store in Dubai!!!
I have been a loyal CAT customer for many years, but this experience has completely changed my opinion.
I expected much better customer service from a global brand.
Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend CAT Footwear. If you value your feet, think twice before buying CAT shoes.

And after contacting with the caterpillar team they said they will send me full refund

Shocking returns servixe
Shocking, shocking service from such a massive brand. I ordered a new pair of boots in the same size as my previous boots. They arrived and were too big, so I looked at sending them back. They don't have any arrangements for returns. Pay your own post to return the big heavy steel toe cap boots. Just reading the T & Cs and they day they charge £5.99 for returning stuff! DON'T DO THIS OR WON'T GET A REFUND. DON'T DO THIS OR YOU WON'T GET A REFUND. I've never known anything like it. I can't imagine ANYONE would order from them again after having to do a return. Gutted cos the boots are good and I can't find anywhere near me that stocks them.

However, due to the size and weight of safety footwear such as steel toe cap boots, independent return costs are often higher than the £4.99 return fee we offer through our returns portal.
We understand that sizing issues can be frustrating, particularly when reordering a style in the same size, and we appreciate your feedback regarding both the process and the associated costs.
