Beautiful item, great service and quick postage.

Over the last six weeks I have ordered a few pairs of Ruby Shoos and matching bags for our daughter’s impending wedding. All arrived within 24-30 hours of ordering at no extra cost for quick delivery.
Products all arrived securely and neatly packaged.
However, due to a slight error there was a mix-up with the wrong size shoes being sent. Within 12 hours of me sending an email (at the weekend), I received a response and apology and the correct size were here the next morning. Belledivino ( Deborah) have been very pro-active in answering my queries and quickly resolving the issue. I would recommend using this company anytime.

Fabulous choice of clothing and excellent sales service.

Had iI known it would cost almost the same price for return postage as the price of the jumpsuit I would never have purchased, now I'm stuck !

The item was delivered on time , good communication via email , the shoes were as described unique in design & comfortable to wear. Delivered in a shoe box with attention to detail.

There is no doubt that Belle Divino sell beautiful, quality clothes. I came across the website by chance, looking for Compania Fantastica clothing. The pricing is excellent, so I placed an order of over £200, for holiday clothing. The ordering and delivery process was fantastic, and the order arrived within a couple of days. One item was missing, and this took a voicemail and a couple of emails to get a resolution to this. Trying on the clothes, there are 3 items for return. I returned the items, and they arrived back on 4th August. These items come to around £90. I am still waiting for a refund, which is totally unacceptable to me, particularly as it cost £9+ with appropriate cover. I have left a very detailed voicemail, asking for a follow-up call with no response. I have also sent 2 emails, again with no response. I go away in the next few days, and I would have expected those funds to have been available for my holiday spends. I am now furious! I know I would've purchased more, but can't take the risk in case I need to return anything, or there is an issue with the order. I am so disappointed with this company. The customer service is pretty non-existant, I'm sad to say!

Delivery service. And quality of the products they sell.

I ordered from Belle Divino via Amazon. It was meant to be delivered on August 1st for a wedding I was attending on 5th. It still hasn’t arrived and my Amazon page stated that a delivery date is unavailable-most likely reason is that the parcel has been lost. No response from BD and I am left out of pocket!

The store is genuine and offers some of my favorite brands. My order arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described. The only issue was the long shipping time and the slow response from customer service. Aside from that, everything was great, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
