Very quick delivery of Birkenstock shoes, original ordered direct from Birkenstock but they cancelled my order thankfully 😂 as I paid a fraction of the price and got quicker delivery 🚚. Highly recommend

Excellent all round performance

First order with this company and order not received by me.
States delivered on 14.03.2026 and we were away on the 14th and 15th.
Return home and unable to locate the delivery.
Asked neighbours but nothing.
I contacted the company about this and asked for my money back due to non receipt of the order still waiting for a refund!
I will never use this company again nor recommend.
Really bad customer service!

Having paid for next day delivery I still haven't received my boots after 5 days. The response to my enquiries keeps referring me to Royal Mail with no satisfaction regarding why I haven't received them. Very disappointing.

Order was dispatched promptly. Had to contact customer service due to a fault with the footwear - communication was swift and matter rectified quickly and easily. Would recommend.

Delivered faulty shoes that creased on the first wear. A very large crease across the front not a small one. They mentioned the wear is normal but the shoes were only worn once when it happened. Clearly a quality and stitching issue in the shoes. Poor customer service. Probably would not order from them again also they don’t offer free returns which is a major drawback.

Good service, postage a little slow, but good price

I purchased some hush puppies boots through Freeman Willis and Hardy in October. Unfortunately one of the boot soles has collapsed - letting in water. Freeman Willis and Hardy we were quick to reply to my email with images of the damage and offered a full refund. Great service and I would be sure to repurchase other brand shoes from them in the future.

The company are great. Extremely helpful when my parcel was 3 weeks late. Even refunded me the price I paid for next day delivery with out me asking . The sale prices are fantastic. This was my first time using this company I was on Google looking for wellies for my husband and came across a pair from there company with a fantastic price . But I do not have trust in there delivery company parcel force. And they do not use any other delivery company nso for this reason I will be extremely cautious shopping with them again . Sad as there prices are fantastic and when my husband wellies did arrive they were every thing he was looking for .
