None , I subcribed by mistake and my money was taken but now I will get my refund

Scam.
They take money from your account without authorisation every fortnight. I had to cancel my card in order to stop it happening. Avoid!

Habe zwar meine Mitgliedschaft zwischenzeitlich gekündigt, aber auch das ging ohne Probleme und man hat mich auch nochmal kontaktiert und nachgefragt.

Haven’t ordered anything haven’t signed up to anything but still losing £30-50 each month from account and the bank won’t help how did you contact them please

I completely agree with all the bad critics. I also had the same experience. But I had a worse one. I had to order some products because they had charged me, without my consense, 78euros fot what they call membership fee. I received one of the items totally broken. I had sent them all the photos they wanted and the only compensation they accept, after a long conversation we had through mails,.was to refund me the cost of the broken item through credits in their account. If I order the broken item again I have to pay also 12euros for the shipping cost. I explained them in many ways that the choises are only two. Whether to substitute the totally broken item or give me a money refund. They dont accept it....
The company is a total fraud..STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

You buy a product but you are now signed up to a membership and monies are taken from your account without permission. Will probably not even receive product. I cancelled membership and £5.95 taken from my account. I have received 2 emails apologising and that my monies will be refunded. I have also been assured my membership has been cancelled therefore no other monies will be debited from a account. I will continue to check that £8.95 will be credited and ensure no other monies are taken.

I cancelled, they refunded after email, they have since taken finance again from Feb refund, without permission or forwarning.

Very poor never received goods. They signed me up for a subscription of which I never agreed. Do not buy from this site

TOTAL SCAM
Took money for a purchase saying after the purchase it was for membership only. Misleading and fraudulent, this company is just ripping people off, hoping they can get away with it. Do not buy from here its a total scam and rip off.

Agree with the previous review. Total scam. My wife purchased what she thought was a drill only to be told the money she paid was for a membership.

Charged incorrectly brought a product to be told it was membership and charged by them then were going to charge additionally without informing me. total scam avoid at all costs.
